Bad customer service
so i originally used skinny diva shakes back in 2015-16 i actually lost a bit of weight the shakes were nice filled me up till lunch. Put on a bit of weight lately so decided to try again, the shakes were so bad really bitty and full if white lumps no matter how much i shaked them finding it really difficult to drink and noticed was not keeping me feeling full till lunch. I was wondering if something had changed so i have tried to email and got no reply, tried to email again and got no reply again. Over the years i have spend quite a bit and would expect atleast expect some kind of reply, really is a shame that this company has gone down so much

Beware- do not buy it’s a big con. I ordered two x skinny diva meal replacement shake. They arrived but had a strange taste, unlike the previous shakes, and were gloopy/lumpy when mixed, with a fizzing and bad smell. I emailed on 27 May 2018 and sent pictures- l have now emailed 6 times. All l have had is an automated reply saying someone will get back to me- no one has- they have my money and now they don’t care. Shocking service!

Have used this company twice in the last 3-4 years for 2 completely separate orders.
The first was months overdue and I chased several times. When I started asking for a refund the goods suddenly arrived. Several months supply of edible weight-loss bars ALL OUT OF DATE. They went in the bin and I got a full refund and apology through the 'parent' company Go-Groopie.
The second experience was recently, again via the parent company, for a bulk supply of vitamins. Again the 2-3 week delivery did not happen. After 5 weeks I went to the order to contact the seller only to find this time a big blank space where the seller contact details should have been. Again I had to contact the parent company who mailed me straight back saying they had nudged Skinny Diva and had my goods still not arrived within a certain period, to get back to them to again solve the issue. This time the goods arrived, just inside of the next block of waiting period.
To be honest, taking into account the entire Diva experience, the delivery and product, the experience is best avoided in it's entirety and I shall not purchase from this company again.

Made an order with them - it never arrived.
Every time I rang they said they would send it out next day delivery - nothing ever arrived.
I asked for a refund, they said they'd refund me - still waiting.

Ordered on 12th Jan still not received order (march) after numerous phone calls to be told will be with me at end of week, totally unacceptable

Just as everyone says AVOID this company. Placed an order at the beginning of the month, it has not showed despite being told it would be delivered two weeks ago! Spoke to a man on the phone and same story as previous reviews. The man was unhelpful said he was busy and I needed to wait another 4-5 days; I have and still nothing!! Hope this company gets shut down soon, SCAMMERS.

Avoid this company like the plague. It has been 4 weeks since I ordered, and my items have still not arrived. Since I spent rather a large amount on this purchase I decided to chase it up. The man I spoke to hung up on me twice, claiming that I couldn't speak to his supervisor/manager nor could I claim a refund :" we say that we sent it, you have to take our word for it. Even if it never arrives or we aren't able to show proof of postage it's nor our problem " kind of attitude. I called again when it was 3 weeks since order and spoke with the same man who called me a "stupid b* tch" and told me to "f*c k off". The customer service isn't only a joke - this company is conning people. It looks like a one man business stealing all of your hard earned money. Completing visa charge back now. If you have purchased within 180 days and have inevitably been treated in the same way/not received your order I suggest that you do the same. There is no point in wasting time trying to resolve this with a rude, dishonest seller.

In hindsight I really wish I had read other customers' reviews before ordering from this disreputable company. I am very frustrated trying to chase an order that is long overdue. Emails to them are ignored. It seems as if they couldn't care less about customer service. My advice is to avoid this company altogether or else you too might lose your money!

The child of a man on the phone kept speaking over me and hung up on me 3 times because he couldn't answer when my order was going to be despatched his excuse he's had a really bad day and this makes it acceptable does it?
What kind of customer service is that? Hanging up on a customer.. wow!! Wowcher said my order was already despatched and should have been with me on the 16th. I ordered on the 6th.. and he said the Wowcher orders would be sent out at the end of the week but couldn't give me a day or a estimated delivery day or anything at all. He was useless and an arrogant, smug, absolute joke! When I called his customer service a joke he then called me a joke and continued to shout have a nice day down the phone and hang up. I asked if I could take his name and he said no so I then asked to speak to someone higher he said he was the only one there so I asked if he was the Manager his reply was I don't know. He was clearly playing games with me. I would rather rip my money up then give it to this company! Absolute disgrace.

Called through 3 times because my order was 14 days late. the man child on the phone hung up on us multiple times. After we said the customer service was a joke he then called us a joke!! I asked for his name which he wouldn't give me. I will never use wowcher or the protein labs or skinny diva again, late delivery i can live with , but i am not giving my money to a company that puts a stroppy toddler on the phone to customers.

I have not changed much in my diet, before i was having weight watcher meals and not losing weight, now since skinny diva i am eating my weight watcher meals and actually losing weight! I even can have some muffins in the week and still keep the weight down:)

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my order from Skinny Diva. I didn’t get any message from the courier. I would like to get my parcel or to get my money back!!! Waiting 2 monts already...

dreadful company.
Paid for postage, was then emailed and told goods would be here no later than 10 days. that was 18/08. Its mow 12/09. I have rang - borderline rude! I have emailed, only the 1st email replied to advising that the goods were due to be dispatched, that was 29/08
Two further emails requesting refunds - ignored.
Despite this, received email 07/09 saying goods will be delivered "within a few days"
Called, to say this should have been cancelled and refunded, and the guy said - rudely - ok we will cancel
So have the goods been dispatched?????? no answer. Hung up!
5 days, nothing.
Emailed a complaint today.
Contacted Wowcher to complain.

The tablets I bought gave a me terrible stomach cramps for 3 days so I had to stop taking them. I was unable to look after my children as I was in so much pain, the doctors advised me to not try taking them again. After contacting customer services they said I could return them if they weren't opened which obviously they were and they have now ignored my last 3 emails.

Probably because of the high quantity of orders coming in via Wowcher, Groupon etc... processing and delivery of these orders can take weeks!

However, the customer service is excellent: understanding and helpful.

I ordered the Garcina Gambogia, it doesn't really help me losing weight, but it does prevents putting on weight. Keeping my normal diet this results in weight loss.

Oh, and the capsules are made of gelatin and therefore NOT suitable for vegetarians or vegans. It's easy to open the capsule and pour out the powder.

I have tried the same product from another brand and that did burn the fats down.

Ordered items via wowcher site that said 'delivery within 5 working days" but the confirmation email stated "we will dispatch your order within 10 days if not sooner" so not impressed to start. Then after 11 days and still nothing had been delivered, I chased by email and eventually recd a reply saying it would be with me in a day or so dated 25th. No response to 2nd chasing email asking for refund. Order arrived today 22 days after ordering. Not impressed at all. Buy at your own risk.

I've just received my order so haven't tried product yet but delivery was fast.just a few days .ive seen other reviews regarding no delivery .my package was delivered my Royal Mail so I would suggest maybe it's something on there part as to time that you are waiting ??

Previously I had ordered and received my product but this time that has not happened so very disappointed!
