UPDATE: I subsequently contacted SkinnyRx via phone. The response was immediate and completely helpful! The representatives I spoke with addressed my issues right away, helped me to find a solution to my problem, AND followed up with me 2 days later. This was a complete 180° from my experience on the sites Chat option. Lesson learned is that if you need support contact by telephone! I am on track, losing approx. 2 pounds per week and I am very happy with the product.
I began using tirepezide through SkinnyRx solely for the cost, which was very competitive for a six month supply. I've been working with SkinnyRx for more than 3 months and the compound has worked very nicely. My issue is not with the medicine, it is with the support. It exists, but reaching customer service requires multiple attempts and sometimes a full week before getting a response. I've contacted customer service on 3 occasions: my first call was a valid question about dosage - SkinnyRx stayed that i should up my dose after one month, but i was very successful on the initial dosage. I wanted to be sure I wasn't sabotaging myself by staying at the same dose for another month. I had to ask the same question through layers of people, until a week later a physician (at least he said he was a physician) answered with a resend of the SkinnyRx protocols. Useless. I resolved the issue by making an appointment and speaking to my primary care doctor - it should not have been necessary, the answer was simple; I did let SkinnyRx know that their 'cookie cutter' advice was not the support I expected. I reached out a second time without a timely response and gave up on that one, and this week - 3 days ago - I asked for help through the Chat option. I gained weight this week, which was upsetting and I needed some real guidance. I never got am answer at the first chat I started, so after 24 hours I started a new chat and received a 'I'm here to help you" reply from what I think was a human, but since I asked my question I have not heard from them again. The chat is still sitting there. Now, I do have a comparison: I started this journey with MedVI with good success. They had excellent customer support: immediate individual answers and helpful information. Unfortunately the cost of their compound became too expensive after the first 2 months; I had to change companies. So, if you choose SkinnyRx just know that you'll be on your own, and I guess there are enough forums out there to help us. But check other medication suppliers first. Maybe the cost has come down with all of then.

I signed up for the dissolvable tirzepetide tablet and it took 30-60 minutes to dissolve under the tongue. My doctor thought it might be a bad compound and reminded me that this brand was not FDA approved. I quit taking it. I had no side effects for the two weeks I took it, nor did I notice any difference in my appetite.

First I did not realize that ordering one bottle put me into an automatic prescription. Two weeks into taking the first bottle of Tirzepatide I found my feet, ankles and hands extremely swollen and gained 8 lbs. My doctor immediately sent me for blood work and cautioned me to be aware of heart palpatations or shortness of breath and go immediately to the ER. Thankfully that hasn't happened. I stopped the medication which I now have 1 1/2 bottles left for $800 out of pocket. I have been off of it for two days and all of the swelling has gone back to normal. It was a complete waste of money and endangered my health.

I needed to return a email I got from skinny Rx. And Dhary the representative needed me to tell him info on my dosage,I explained that I was trying to ask about a dosage increase and he was very considerate to how I was doing. I explained I was on my first month of a four month program and I was trying to find out when my next shipment would arrive or is scheduled to arrive date. Diary looked it up for me and advised me of the date that it should arrive,so I was very happy that he took the time to answer any questions that I would ask him. I think that he is a real good customer service representative and I thank skinny RX for staffing good people . Thank you Dhary for answering my concerns. Thank you.
