This company is deceptive. I ordered a day cream through Walmart canada. Then this company sends it via US extra duty tax charged. They violated walmart policy and my trust. Just shame on this company.

I was looking for a primer which wouldn’t cause a breakout so I ordered this. The consistency is so thick and no matter how thin I try to use it my skin is greasy to touch. It’s more like a foundation than a primer. I love Dermalogica products but this is a big no from me. I’m a pensioner and the cost is a big layout I can’t afford.

There a scam Order on the 3rd December 2022 Still haven't received them After numerous emails I sent they eventually sent me an email apologizing how they had a technical fault and offered me a 30 per cent discount on my next order Pity I didn't look up reviews first How come there not replying to the bad reviews on trust pilot??

I've still not received my order from 3ed Dec. Countless emails later and they finally got in touch last week and said there was problem with the fulfilment section but assured me i would get it by Tues or wed but it's now another week later and still nothing. Think it's time to report them. definitely a scam company stay away

ordered my item on Dec 5th, according to their website the item would be delivered within 2 to 3 days, no sign of the item so far and have emailed the company and no response. Thankfully I paid for the item using PayPal and plan to open a dispute if I don't receive my item within the coming days or don't hear back from this company. Very disappointing. I normally check reviews before I order products but clearly I failed to do so on this occasion as there are similar complaints about non delivery and poor customer service.

Update: Received an email ftom Sam apologises and that she had personally sent package that was over two weeks ago eh still waiting. Going reporting Sam and her so called "Business" please fo not order from this company

Ordered on 1st December took over €40 and never received any product. Customer service is disgraceful no response back from numerous emails or on instant chat.

Safe your money and fo not purchase from this company

Sadly I can’t comment on the product as I haven’t received it, it was promised to be shipped shortly after the order was placed which was a week ago and still no sign of dispatching the item. The biggest problem is that the customer service in non existent, i tried email, chat, social media and all was left unanswered which i find very disappointing and frustrating. I really wanted to like the company and the product but the whole experience left me feeling frustrated. Not a great first time purchase.

I got the patches but they didn't seem to stick to my face. So I sent a video back as proof to Sam who I was dealing with, they were absolutely amazing. I got full refund back and they are sending me new replacement patches free of charge. Great sales team. Fixes your issue efficiently and no messing around. Can't wait to try my new patches when I receive them

The items are no good for sleep they are easier to get off from your skin when you are sleeping are no good. Good idea but you can use only during the day that it’s impossible as you are in activities or work you can be with the items in your face

Costumer service is great! I emailed them for assistance on the product not sticking on my face for too long and they told me to make sure my face is clean and free from any grease (moistures, products etc.)
That was a great suggestion and my product works very well and it feels really fresh on your skin

Did not see the same results as shown on the lady on the ticktock video and any results I did see didn't last that long,also face needs to be free from any skin care products so didn't suit with my night time skin care routine..Maybe good for a night out if put on for a few hours before while morning skin care routine has absorbed through out the day..

Highly recommend! Using these for 3 months now and the results are unreal! I can't say I experienced any of the issues the other review is talking about, maybe just a bad batch! They work, really really well!! If you dont want botox these are a solution! Customer service team are great so helpful, product is great too! Delivery is so quick

It is a pure gimmick profiting off people's insecurities. I fell for it. €40 for silicone patches. I would probably need to wear these constantly to make a difference.

When I seen the products and its results online I decided to give it a try. The results are incredible, even after one night, any wrinkles I had virtually dissappeared. Best product I've ever used to reverse aging of the skin. Thank you!
