Instant support reply and amazing service

Instant support reply and amazing service, i made a trade that i regretted and when i asked the support they offered to give me back the value of the trade (as wallet credit). So not only they gave me this option but they also responded me instanly in a sunday.
I might be a bit negatively biased by consuming other horrible services, but i think that they giving you that option to get the value of the trade back is very nice of them, shout out to Jacek for resolving this in literal less than a minute.

The backpack hihihi

Really good system of automation for trades, finding guns and the possibility to eventually get expensive skins for a cheaper price. The staffs are definititely peak guys that help fast and nice. Only sad thing is finding basic unpopular skins is nearly impossible. Good time good time
