I recently visited Skin South West for tear trough filler and masseter Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the treatment done elsewhere in the past and unfortunately ended up with severe bruising after a blood vessel was hit. This time, Dr Pradnya was incredibly gentle and precise and delivered exactly what I asked for.

The numbing cream they use was far more effective than what I’ve had before, and Dr Pradnya was so comforting and supportive throughout, constantly checking that I was okay. The clinic itself is spotless, professional, and welcoming, with excellent service from start to finish. I felt completely at ease and well cared for, and the results are fantastic, I finally feel confident enough to walk out the house with no make up on Highly recommend!

Dr Pradnya was really clear on what was needed to help my uneven eyebrows and how botox in certain areas will help lift and make me more symmetrical, I am so happy with my appearance and I am looking forward to go back for more treatment.

I found Dr Pradnya really bullying and condescending. There used to be more negative reviews on here but I feel like her business has paid to wipe them as most people do now. The work was substandard, crazily asymmetrical eyebrows after botox to forehead and lumpy lip fillers. Date of experience approximate as a while ago now.

If I’d known before the changes this could make to my overall tensing and teeth clenching and headaches - I’d have been to see Dr Pradnya earlier. I was nervous of any Botox but had tried everything to help teeth grinding with no lasting success let alone to the associated aches and grumbles. Her experience and knowledge as a dentist is what drew me and it was a great experience all round - she put me at ease nothing was too much to explain - she identified temporal areas which now makes sense - she is very clear on what to expect and follow up was amazing - I am very happy with the results. Should you be like me and thinking oh I’m not the worst case it’s not worth it - it is and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Pradnya.

I have been having electrolysis at Skin Southwest with Martina since January 2024. Every appointment I have had has been excellent, Martina is meticulous with her work and always checks in with me during treatment to ensure I am comfortable. The results so far have been fantastic and I could not imagine going anywhere else to continue my treatment! I find the pricing very fair and there is an excellent reward system with discounts after a certain number of visits to the clinic. I am always made to feel welcome and cared for when I attend my appointments and look forward to coming in - the whole team are very friendly!

Pradnya is a consummate professional. I was hesistant about doing anything to my face but having reached 37 and had a difficult few years I was starting to feel a bit worn and decided I needed a pick me up. The results are natural and have boosted my confidence. Pradnya made me feel at ease and when I compare her work to some of my friends who have gone elsewhere it is clear I made the right choice.
