ive tried to buy 5 weapons from skinswap, all off them got refunded by the seller. its good that you get a refund, but why do u need a refund when you cant even withdraw the money? skinswap sellers are the worst i cant even get my money worth

Cant imagine how poorly and unprofessionaly site can be done. What the prob to make normal working site and make working system. We’d like to clarify what happened here, as the situation described is related to our “Needs Approval” security process, not a malfunction or loss of funds.
When a deposit or purchase enters Needs Approval, it requires manual verification as part of fraud-prevention checks. During this time, funds are not credited or spent until approval is completed.
If an item becomes unavailable while a transaction is pending approval, the purchase is not completed, and no money is taken for that item. You are never required to pay extra for the same transaction.

Sorry for the frustration we understand how annoying it is to wait when you just want to complete your purchase.
In some cases, card/deposit payments need extra verification for security reasons. When that happens, an admin has to manually look into the deposit and approve it.
Once the payment is confirmed, the balance is credited automatically, or the payment is refunded back to the card used if it fails.
