I was deposit 5 dollars and I opened a…

I was deposit 5 dollars and I opened a coin flip.No one join like 2-3 days.
After the 2-3 days I won that coin flip and I try to withdraw my money.
But there was a problem about eth withdraw on my account.And i wrote live support (they are not live) i was trying to explain my problem and no one didn't care it.
İt's still saying pending and I'm still waiting for my money.

Edit: They was sent on when i withdraw but it was about the other site problem.
Thats why i cant take my money.After this they refund my balance(money was already lost)
Support is a little bit slow btw
