I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding both the billing process and the customer service I experienced during my recent fractional laser treatment.

I initially purchased two fractional laser sessions for a total of $1,131.42 and paid a $150 deposit. Following my first treatment, I paid $415.71, and my understanding was that the remaining balance would be paid at my subsequent appointment. Later, Tatiana kindly provided me with a discount, and I was advised that the total cost for my third and fourth sessions would be $1,130.00.

When I attended my recent appointment, I was under the impression that my payment would be approximately $465. However, I was charged $565 and informed that the remaining $465 would be due at my next session. This differed from my understanding of the payment arrangement and left me confused about the breakdown of the charges.

While I appreciate that clinics may have payment policies in place, my primary concern is the manner in which my questions were addressed. When I sought clarification, Kalie informed me that the charges were due according to “company policy.” Unfortunately, I found her response to be dismissive and unprofessional. She did not take the time to explain the policy or the reasoning behind the payment schedule and instead walked away while I was still seeking clarification. I found this interaction discourteous and inconsistent with the level of customer service I would expect as a paying client.

In addition, I was required to wait in the lobby for approximately thirty minutes before my treatment. Following the procedure, I was experiencing discomfort and pain, which made the extended wait and the subsequent interaction particularly upsetting.

I have always approached your staff with respect and courtesy, and I would expect the same consideration in return. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the billing arrangement and ask that this feedback regarding my customer service experience be reviewed by management.

I love the follow-up after 2 weeks. I don't normally need one but when I do they are happy to help make it just right.

Went in for Botox for the first time. Excellent customer service and Chelsea was incredible! Very educated and made me feel comfortable upon arrival. Will be back!

I’m so blessed with vitality service

Bad Botox injections - I have never used them before, although I see ads everywhere. Unfortunately I have only half of my face with results. The right side is dropping and the left side pulled up high. This is the first time that this has ever happened with Botox injections as I has always used 2 medical accredited sources a Dr. and RN trained for injections.

I wouldn’t trust my face to any other clinic. The cosmetic nurses are artists. I always get the results I was hoping for & still look natural.

This is a good sized well run clinic that offers aesthetic services. I highly recommend them. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The location is really convenient as well and if you sign up for you there mailing list there are lots of promotions available throughout the year.

I saw nurse Shahla today for my first experience with tear trough filler. She was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. She explained what I can expect during and post injection and detailed what to do to help achieve maximum results. When doing the injection she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. The team at Skin Vitality was attentive and took the time to review and explain in detail the how and why as well as the timing of treatment. One can tell that they mean the best for the client and they don’t cut any corners. Very professional and nice. I must mention Chanel, an honest, experienced and knowledgeable nurse. 5+ stars for her.
