They are unprofessional in their work. I contacted them more than once via email and ordered shoes. After a week, they sent me an email confirming the order, even though I had already paid. I contacted them again, and they said it was a mistake and apologized. I reordered, and now I'm waiting. They haven't refunded my money, and my order hasn't been delivered. I also searched for them on GPT chat, and it said they have a bad reputation, poor customer service, and are unreliable.

I bought an air conditioner through this company and they simply didn't deliver it. I had to stop the delivery prematurely, and I've already sent three emails without a response. The contact phone number is invalid. Terrible service, and I want my money back.😡

Took a long time befor the parcel arrived. Could not reach the company. Not by phone, not by E mail, not by sms, not by whatsapp. When the product finally arrived it was a complete dissapointment. The rainjacket can not stop the rain and is nothing more then an overprices windbreaker and even that it does not do well. Never again. Wish I could give zero stars.

Total scam company! Advertise beers and when they sent it, wasn’t even in a box, poorly made plastic cut outs of bottles of beers and expect you to send it back to china, never use this company! Stole my money and won’t return it!

I ordered a product called “Bierfles Adventskalender” for over €60, expecting a functional beer advent calendar based on the product name, photos, and description.

What I received was only a fragile, low-quality empty structure, not made of wood or metal as described, and not compatible with standard beer bottles (330 ml / 500 ml). The product is unusable for its intended purpose.

The presentation on the website is misleading and creates false expectations.

Additionally, the return policy requires customers to send items back to China at their own risk and expense, which is unreasonable in cases where the product is clearly not as described.

I would not recommend this company. Be very careful before ordering.

Never ever done any shopping with this webstore. Even did not know them at all. But they keep on sending spam. Where did they get my new email address from? Scam scam scam

This website is an absolute DISASTER. Tried to buy some cards from pokémon but midway the description they say this: " Important: This is a generic product. It is not original and not affiliated with or licensed by any official brand." Like, you put pokémon logo's over the box, and now you tell me it is just some random fake card box. No way i will ever even think of clicking on this website at all. Thanks for understanding me and DON'T BUYYYYY.

This online company is not reliable, they will give you what you didn't order and claim to make a mistake. Their clothes are not original the material is not quality. And if you require for return they will compensate you with their giftcard but the money in de giftcard will never be enough to order for another product (even the their lowest product)

Horrible plastic quality and lies about where their company is and big delay for sending your parcel.

They made a beautiful website so you think they are trustworthy and their products are good but once you get your parcel after a big delay, when you open the package the smell of horrible plastic material is punching your nose, plus their sizes are not fitting standard size.
If you want to send them back then you see that they give you a Chinese adres and of course with your own payment.

I wish I could give this company a zero! This is yet another review trying to warn people to not buy anything from this company! I bought a strapless bra that cost 25 euros. Because they do not disclose that their merchandise is from China, (the sizes are much smaller) the bra did not fit. When I tried to return it, I was given an address in China. The sending costs were very high and now they're saying that the bra went to a distribution center and it was returned. It's been months and but only have I lost the cost of the bra, but also the sending costs.
Don't be misled by the good looking website. They are scammers!

had an awful experience with this company. They sell low-quality products! Their service is unprofessional, and they have no regard for customer trust. My order was not even complite!I will be reporting them to the authorities and taking further action to have their website taken down. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam!

First of all bought a shape wear took almost two weeks to send the package and took way too long almost 3 weeks for it to arrive
I wanted to return it ive had sended emails long before it was dispatched from CHINA they said its not possible to cancel since the order has been made so i said then ill just wait till it will arrive it arrived so I emailed again for a return and refund
AND NOW THEY SAY its impossible because of Hygienic reasons ?
Im sorry but this reason doesnt even stand in the website
It says return within 30 days unworn not broken and all labels on
So why cant i return it ???
If its for hygienic reasons YOU SHOULD PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE WHEN PEOPLE BUY THE PRODUCTS
