Had issues with my delivery date from the couriers, Joe was helpful and understanding, good customer service

Firstly The products were good.
But the customer service wasn’t.
I ordered £450 worth of skirting boards.
The Skirting boards were primed but came with all sorts of black marking on them and paint markings on the back. They were clearly a returned product, but this was okay.
I ordered a few with recessed backs, and to my own fault they were not deep enough . I decided I no longer wanted the products I wanted to return all of them.
The response I received was that as it was my error 50% will to be cut from the returned items, despite the fact that i called the next day of delivery. I was told they wont be resealable, when they had clearly sent me returned items. No exchange was available for any other items and collection of the items would be a £50 fee off as well..
Nowhere on the website that does it state you lose 50% on returns.
As the loss was financially too great for me, re-sold these online myself that’s a better price.
I won’t order from skirttech again, and I personally would not recommend them as their customer service it’s very poor

Wow- what a brilliant company to use-
I bought oak skirting, my joiner said they were such good quality- they look so elegant- we have oiled them- beautiful.
I need some more skirts - spoke to a lovely man called Joe- he was so helpful and went the extra mile to help me.
I would definitely use this company again - also would recommend to anyone who is going to use them.

I should state l, the products I have received are great.

The delivery company they use leave a lot to be desired, but as a small business you can tell they care because they phone you when are aren't happy and fight your corner.

Fantastic experience using skirtech for my skirting board and architrave. Any issues resolved straight away and communication was 10/10. Will definitely be ordering more in the future. 👍

Amazing bunch of gents spoke with Joe over the phone he was so professional with the whole process very quick easy and time efficient. John who we ordered with previously had exact the same professional approach took time with my order as I'm not the best with measurements got it spot on this is now my new skirting board site should I need more fantastic

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the customer service from John at Skirtech. He has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, supplying the perfect dado rail and door architraves to match my requirements.

John was also very quick to respond to emails and telephone calls, which made everything so easy and stress-free. On the phone he was always polite, friendly, and professional,nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

It’s rare to come across such genuinely great customer service these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John and Skirtech to anyone.

Excellent service. Had a piece of skirting to match which I couldn’t find anywhere. Skirtech responded to my query immediately and provided exactly what I needed.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service! I was just a bit short and emailed to see if I could order one more length, as they have a minimum order. The sales manager was so quick to reply and sorted everything out for me. I can’t recommend their service enough!

After ordering 4 lengths of skirting and some architrave, I realised I had messed up and needed to actually order another length of skirting as I undersized the room. So I emailed in asking if I could add an extra length on to my order. I was expecting not to hear off them for a couple days, however I was emailed right away by Joe, who quickly sorted the issue out and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be using again 👍

Skirtech were so helpful when I was looking for architrave to match the rest of my doors and they delivered ahead of schedule. Really pleased with the product and am excited to be able to get on with my renovation.

Well I ordered the Royal A architrave,and received something totally different. The finish was awful,it seemed like the glue had bled through to the face of the “primed” finish. There was also very apparent crazing all along the flat faces. £20 delivery is ok if you don’t have to wait nearly 3 weeks. I’ll be honest here,I could’ve done better if I’d have bought 18mm sheet and ran my router over it .
