Quality equipment and all ready for us when we arrived in the resort

The best ski rental shop I have ever used. Service was impeccable. Warm ski boots every morning-even if have own boots. They will store your shoes during the day and equipment over night. Will happily exchange equipment if needed. So helpful and cheery staff. It I could give them 10 stars I would.

Best boot fitting in Verbier. Never ever have my boots been so comfy and fitted to my feet.

Really kind, friendly and helpful staff. Efficient - easy pick up and drop off. Fairly priced too. I had trouble with my skis throughout the week which was shame but manageable. Would rent from Ski Service again.

Love picking up my kit at their mountain branch at Les Ruinettes and skiing out of the shop and away. Friendly staff team set up to take the hassle out of skiing.

Easy to book on-line. service in-store was excellent and equipment very good. Took no time at all. Great location both in the village and also at the top of the first lift.

We rented skis for 4 days and changed our skis everyday to try different models. That was no issue for the Ski Service staff. We found them knowledgeable and friendly. The included overnight boot drying service was a bonus. The main location is a short walk to the Medran gondolas. We would use Ski Service again.

Ski Service Verbier communicated well, replied to questions quickly and offered us good gear at a reasonable price. Because there is an outlet on the mountain, its not always necessary to go back down to town to trade gear and my brother changed his skis and boots several times without fuss. The only very small quibble I had was that I would have enjoyed choosing from a greater range of ski lengths in what I wanted, but having said that I think they recommended a really good ski for the variable conditions and terrain I was skiing on so its possible that was not improvable. Another small point: the venue in town opens at the same time the lift opens, whereas it would be useful if it opened a bit earlier. However they happily stored our gear overnight so we didn't have to pay a locker fee and we did of course have the option to rent a locker to which we would have had earlier access. So these are really very minor points. Attitude of staff always helpful and cheery-- I would absolutely recommend.

The service I received was awful. Having found an item I liked I decided to purchase it. A jumper costing just over 250chf. Within 3 days of wearing it however it started to fray at the seams.
I tried to take it back, with the receipt and within a week of purchase in order to get a replacement however was told that it must be due to rubbing against something else I must have been wearing.
I explained this wasn’t possible but they said there’s nothing they can do. The onto option was to send it off which would take 1-2 weeks and it would still most likely get refused.
Shocking service and shocking quality of product, I certainly won’t be shopping here again or sending any of my clients.
I would recommend going to Xtreme if your visiting Verbier located at Place Central where the service and product quality has always been second to none.

The ONLY place to rent equipment in Verbier. Reasons:
They have a place under the Black Sheep at the top of the Medran lift - a complete shop with more gear - and you can leave all your gear there overnight for free. I think it is called Les Ruinettes. The staff there Matt, Alex and Seb are knowledgeable, kind, friendly and delightful to deal with. My right boot was killing me, no problem, switched out in a flash. Cannot relate in words how awesome it is to have this service and facility on the hill, run by super cool young gentlemen.
On our final day, we left all our gear up there with them, no lugging that stuff down the hill into town.
just a positive experience from start to finish.

The whole staff in the 2 stores in Verbier were excellent, always helpful and in good spirits. Equipment was top notch!
