I ordered a running vest online, and as usual, had exceptional customer service. Joelle provided great advice over email in advance, shipped my order expediently, and provided a personal note in the package. The folks at SkiUphill / RunUphill really care about the sport and providing personalized service; I hope that their spirit can spread into my local shop!

I appeciated the selection of quality and "tried and trusted" products available from SkiUphill (or in my case, RunUphill!). A personalized and quick response to each of my orders was received to ensure correct sizing. I sincerely feel that these guys care, and want us to conquer our dreams and goals up on the mountains!

Purchased a GPS watch from their website. They followed up on the order very quickly to ensure I would be happy with my decision. As a result of our conversation, I ended up ordering a different watch after some consideration. Joel and Gavin go above and beyond in getting to know their customers and ensuring they are fitted with the right tools. They are also the best resource for all their equipment as they are testing/using them all the time. I'm glad I have my product in time for my racing season and happy I can rely on SkuUphill's expertise, even though I'm 400 km away.
