Very good products

Just one star less because of delivery. No follow up and no contact before delivery … of a couch, which request a minimum of organization.
For the rest, I really love the products, especially design and originality. And prices are in line with quality.

Beautiful coffee table

So....eventually I received my coffee table and I can honestly say it is a beautiful piece. Very elegant, amazingly well designed. Very happy now. Thankyou Sklum for sorting out my delivery issues. I do love the coffee table and it was worth waiting for!!!!

Smooth and beautiful!

Considering I ordered a mirror, I was concerned it might arrive broken but everything went very smooth and it arrived just fine. The mirror looks beautiful and just like in the picture :) Good price-quality!

good product, delivery info chaos and dissappointing

The product itself is great, and we are very happy with the table. Unfortunately, the communication and delivery process after the product left Sklum was absolutely disappointing and far below the level of service we expected.

The online order status on the Sklum side was clear initially. However, as soon as the shipment was transferred to the delivery company, everything became blurry and unclear. The tracking information and communication regarding the actual delivery timing were confusing and unreliable.

At one point, I received a call from the delivery service informing me that nobody was at home to receive the order. However, this was entirely understandable, as we had not received any clear delivery confirmation or indication that the delivery would take place that day. A new delivery was then scheduled for the following day, which meant we had to reorganize our schedules to ensure someone would be present at the delivery location.

The next day, the delivery finally arrived. The only positive aspect of this experience was that the driver kindly called me approximately 30 minutes in advance, allowing me enough time to be present.

Unfortunately, the order — which apparently consisted of two separate packages — was incomplete. We only discovered this after opening the delivered package and realizing that the second part of the table was missing.

I contacted the driver within 15 minutes after delivery. The driver himself felt very sorry for the situation and contacted the planning department on our behalf. He later informed me that package 2 had been left behind and would supposedly be delivered the next day between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs.

Once again, we had to rearrange our plans and make ourselves available for another delivery window. In total, this situation has cost me approximately two hours of lost working time and unnecessary inconvenience.

This has honestly been one of the least professional delivery experiences we have encountered. Considering the inconvenience, poor communication, and the time lost due to repeated delivery issues, I believe a refund or suitable compensation for the inconvenience would be appropriate.

I look forward to your response and to a fair resolution of this matter.

I am not at all impressed on delivery…

I am not at all impressed on delivery times, I have waited and waited for my table and chairs.
I was recommended Sklum because they were Spanish and I wanted to order from a good country ( with all the bad in the world )
The quality of previous goods has been exceptional and I wanted to order again but I am STILL waiting on my table and 2 chairs. I am very upset and disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a pack of chairs and waited OVER TWO MONTHS for delivery. When the order finally arrived, one of the chairs was broken and completely unusable.

I reported the issue immediately (incident number 8314749). That was now over 3 weeks ago, and I still have no replacement, no resolution, and no clear timeline. Every single week, customer service gives me the exact same scripted response: “Your chair will be shipped this week.” And every single week, nothing happens. And now they just asked me again for the same photos I had sent 3 weeks ago...

The customer service is absolutely terrible, robotic, useless, and clearly trained to delay rather than solve problems. No accountability, no follow-through, no care for customers once they’ve taken your money.

It’s now been nearly a month since I reported the damaged chair, and I am STILL waiting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The wait for goods was frustrating…

The wait for goods was frustrating…. Although I was told they were being shipped I wasn’t informed of when to expect actual delivery…. They were left on my doorstep ! One of the shelves arrived without the hardware and I haven’t been able to get in touch to say so

Good products, terrible delivery

Good products, but TERRIBLE delivery service. With small packages it's fine, but ordering furniture becomes a guessing game in terms of delivery date and delivery provider, which is very frustrating. I tried contacting them and the carriers multiple times and I got no warning for the delivery date.
