Better in your local Garden Center

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
This is the worst company I have ever bought furniture from.
I bought a couch from them for around €900, and it arrived with a defect. I activated the warranty immediately, and they came to collect the damaged half of the couch.
After months of waiting, they returned the wrong section entirely. Instead of bringing the replacement for the damaged half, they brought me the exact same half that I already had at home. As a result, I have been left without a complete and usable couch for over 3 months.
I now have a huge unusable couch section sitting in my living room while I keep waiting for them to correct their own mistake.
At this point, I am out €900 and still do not have a functional couch.
The lack of organization, customer support, and respect for customers is unbelievable. I have already filed a complaint with ASAE and called more than 20 times trying to get this mistake corrected, yet I still have not received a proper resolution.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid buying from this company.

Summer arrived before my furniture did
I ordered a garden table and chairs from SKLUM on 17/04/26, hoping they would arrive before the start of summer. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The order wasn’t even shipped until 04/05/26 - over two weeks later - and I was then told delivery would take another 12–15 working days. More than a month after placing the order, the parcels still appear to be stuck in Valencia with the delivery company REDUR, which I had never even heard of before.
At this stage, it’s already summer in Ireland, and I’m wondering if I will ever receive my order. The delivery estimates provided by SKLUM are far too optimistic and clearly not realistic.
Very frustrating experience overall. I won’t be using SKLUM again.

Good experience spoilt by poor workmanship
I've ordered a 6 pieces modular garden sofa and a sideboard from Sklum. The promised delivery dates were spot on, I was happy about that. Anyway the sideboard was a mango wood Analis , the quality control was non existent. It was made in India, the material was very good but the fitting was really bad. There were four doors and the difference in height of the left two doors and the right two doors were 4 mm. Anyone could have spotted the difference! I got onto Sklum but it's just Ai trying to answer, after an hour I just gave up and rather than trying to get it returned I ended up taking the two doors apart and refitted them 4mm lower.
The Brivori sofas were made in Vietnam and they were beautifully put together ! Both the material and workmanship were excellent, I'm very happy with it!
Overall I think Sklum should improve on the customer service and quality checks on your supplier, it will be a shame if the design and materials were good but spoilt by poor workmanship!

Nice Stuff - Bad Support
I bought a nice dining table and I like it very much. However, one of the legs had a label attached to it that needed to be removed because it was very visible.
The label was glued on so strongly that it left a mark behind. I tried cleaning it, but the mark would not come off. I contacted Sklum for support and even asked if I could buy a spare part, but their response was that they do not sell replacement parts and would not provide support for this kind of issue.
Very disappointed with the service and support.
In my opinion, the high price of the furniture is not worth the risk of poor quality or issues like this, especially since there is no physical store where you can go to get things fixed.
You are completely on your own if any issues arise!

Delayed delivery and no help from customer service
I ordered an item that was stated to be in “express delivery”. Item was supposed to be delivered latest 7th of May. They are using a weird shipment company I’ve never heard of before and there has been no updates in the shipment status since the first moment it was created.
I reached out to Sklum about it but only received generic responses, and they told they would get back to me with an update and never did. My payment has already been taken.
It feels like the brand is a scam for some items and not for some others.

Poor Quality Products. Bad Experience
Our delivery was missing one item and we received another item that we never ordered. The quality of the products we received was poor.
This was a very underwhelming experiednce and we wouldn't shop with Sklum again.

Not received order
I have not received my order and I'm unable to contact the company. Order tracker says the delivery has been sent, but it has been in transit with the delivery company for more than 10 days with no change whatsoever...

Only half my order has turned up.
Ordered on the 19th April, and still waiting for the completed order to arrive one month later. I ordered a book case and an outdoor dining set - 1x table and 6x chairs. Only 5 chairs have arrived and the table has never appeared. The book case arrived 2 days ago. I rang last week and was told the rest of my order would arrive the next day. It did not. I can't get hold of them now (they close their phone lines at lunchtime!), been on hold for ages each time. Thoroughly disappointing service. Am I foolish to hope this will get resolved, or even get a refund???

All good - some products don't have the best quality though - especially chargeable lamps. I have tried several different ones (USB, Suncell, etc.) and they all break/get bad very fast (within the first months).

Great table, delivery took ages
Really great product, sturdy and strong. Only downside was the delivery time from start to finish 7 weeks. Was pretty apprehensive at one stage that I had been scammed but contacted sklum and my mind was put at ease that it would be delivered
