Disappointing experience with this company
We were disappointed with this company! Communication with the company is poor with having only one telephone contact number and they don’t respond to emails. We did receive a late payment email but we had paid promptly. The standard of cleaning was ok, but after we gave a door key to the cleaner that came the first time, she didn’t come the next time and the cleaners were waiting outside our house because they couldn’t get in. It was our neighbour who called us and we rushed back from a hospital visit. We caught the cleaner who came the first time in a room that we said didn’t need cleaning. After this stressful experience we terminated the cleaning, but in spite of several requests they have not returned our key.

On the day of your clean, I wanted you to be aware that the cleaner that had your key was already making her way to your house to meet the cleaner to handover the key. Whilst we appreciate your neighbours taking the time to call you, we had all ready resolved the issue our side. We wouldn't expect any of our clients to rush back to let the cleaners in especially if you were at an appointment. You have my sincere apologies that you were disturbed at such a pertinent time.
