We love our Skuma Water machine; it makes a huge difference on its own. Add the boosters, and it gets even better. Our favourite is the Alkaline. Highly recommended to anyone who wants quality water and the convenience of a high-quality, fair-priced machine in their home.

I was buying bottled water, and had to make a change. Got the skuma and have not looked back the machine is easy to use and the water tastes great.

It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and maintain. Most importantly, the water tastes good. I've had it for a week and am very pleased with it with so far.

The product is great, with sleek design and water that tastes amazing. The instructions were unclear, e.g. how many mineral packs to add to the infusion or how to insert the filter (it comes with a tool to do this!, but no instructions in the video on how to).

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Sküma Water system. It combines a kettle and a water purification system in one sleek appliance, making it incredibly convenient for everyday use. The water tastes fresh, clean, and properly mineralised, and I love that I can personalise the mineral composition to suit my preferences.

One of the biggest advantages for me is that I don’t have to constantly replace filters like with traditional water filtration systems. It’s a much more practical and sustainable solution. After researching different options, Sküma was also the only system I found that effectively filters microplastics while still allowing full control over mineralisation.

I also had the opportunity to meet Alex, the founder, which made me appreciate the product even more. He has a clear vision, genuine passion, and a strong commitment to improving how people consume water.

Innovative technology, great design, excellent water quality, and a mission-driven team behind it. Highly recommended.

The best, most convenient filter you can have in your home. Saved me the hassle of constantly buying bottled water and avoiding microplastics. They also have beautiful glass bottles to fill up your water. But my favourite feature of all is the hot water option. I’m a hot water girlie so this is saving me so much time. I just love the product and the team are great. The founder is an extremely passionate and humble human. A brand worth buying into!

I had an issue with the volume of the waste water on my Skuma station and although I bought it from a distributor the Skuma team answered my questions and took care of it. 5 stars to Ashwin from Customer Care, he was top notch in solving my issue. They arranged a free collection to fix the issue and moreover they upgraded the unit with the latest pump and software, for free.

Great product very easy to setup and great tasting water. Was buying bottled water in bulk but now i can utilize the skuma.

I had a minor technical issue with my skuma unit. The team handled the issue promptly. It was well handled and and coordinated by Ashwin who was my main POC. Well communicated and delivery was well received!

I already had a skuma machine for last few years. The minerals stopped dispensing, I sent it for repair and was turned around quickly and working fine. I’ve upgraded to new machine and given mine to my daughter. Ashwin followed up quickly on a query I had. New machine installed and working great. Post machine also working great. I have true peace of mind knowing I’m eliminating all the toxins currently in our water system.

Okay so i’ll be honest, i’ve been living off plastic water bottles for years and I just wanted to find an alternative. I didn’t want to pay around £1000 to install and mess with the plumbing in my house so this was anice option I saw instead! I’ve been taking health alot more seriously so microplastics was a major issue I wanted to eliminate. Was quite skeptical at first as to how efficient the machine would be, received it couple of days ago. Set up was fairly easy watching the handy video created.

I also got a years worth of minerals which was fantastic. I’ve been using the mineral option for drinking, and the non- mineral option to use as part of my cooking in soups etc. water tastes good in the sense that it doesn’t have a ‘taste’. Which i like personally.

I was a bit shocked how we have to frequently empty the waste filter tank, then I just the details and realised that as we live in a hard water area. So you may not need to empty as frequently if your water is fine in the area. Skuma is doing its thing filtering that out for us. So whilst its a bit of a hassle frequently emptying it, I can’t really complain as this is a portable machine doing reverse osmosis, and filtering all sorts of toxins and metals, so ofcourse i don’t mind a 10 second job to empty the filter.

One key point to note is that I was worried about the ‘waiting’ time but thankfully you can get filtered water instantly. So if you’re in a rush then you can just press the button and fill your bottle! The tank holds upto 5 litres of water. It filters behind the scenes. Not loud and overwhelming but it does make a mild rumbling sound for a bit. It also holds around 1.5l of water which is ready but i don’t notice as I instantly get my filtered water!

Nothing is messy or difficult, got the jist of it quickly.

Design is sleek, found a nice place to fit it in the kitchen, and i was happy to read it only uses about 8 watts of energy on standby.

I love the neon blue light, makes my kitchen look fancy. Lets see how it goes long-term. I hope it lasts well as i’m happy so far knowing i’m drinking clean water without microplastics, and hope it will play a positive role in my health too. Thanks Skuma! 100% recommended.

Ashwin responded quickly to my issue giving clear and helpful advice. I had confidence that he would resolve the issue someway or another.

A lot of RO systems leave water tasting flat and empty - but not this one. Skuma takes out all the rubbish, then carefully puts back just the right amount of natural calcium and magnesium. The result? Water that is smooth, crisp, fresh, and tastes like the best natural spring water you've ever drunk. No bitter aftertaste, no chalky feeling - just pure,
delicious water.

Incredibly attentive, generous and careful customer service. The kind that gets a company a customer for life. You can feel the heart and care behind the brand and whoever has created this culture should be very proud of themselves! I can’t yet speak to the quality of the water, but if it’s anywhere close to the quality of customer service I can confirm it is top notch ☺️
