From Amazon-only to everywhere
From Amazon-only to everywhere
I always assumed expanding off Amazon would be a mess. New platforms, new logistics, new problems. Skupreme makes it easy.
They help import your entire Amazon catalog into Shopify and Walmart, sync your inventory, and start fulfilling orders from your warehouse and amazon MCF. I cannot recommend them enough, they streamline everything.
International expansion was one of our biggest challenges.
Unifying catalogs across regions and managing purchase orders with shipment planning was complex and inefficient.
Skupreme lets us place purchase orders in real time based on live inventory data, automatically generates shipments, and recommends container allocation by region.
We’re now scaling internationally without the friction that used to slow us down.
SKUPREME is designed to overcharge you
SKUPREME is filled with bugs and is likely defrauding you. STAY AWAY! You do not want software you have to babysit daily for mistakes and fraudulent charges.
UPDATE: SKUPREME has attempted to get me to take down this review, or they will not send the reimbursement money that they stole from me by overcharging up to 5x for shipping labels. They legitimately sent a message saying this must be taken down before my refund will be sent, and have now stopped responding altogether. Their bad reviews likely would be significantly higher if they were not illegally withholding funds to prevent bad reviews.
The 3PL I use is contracted with SKUPREME, unfortunately. I have never seen so many software issues and overcharges in my life. First, whenever a bug does arise, customer service claims the “backend team” fixed it, but they never do. Whenever I would cancel fulfilment on SKUPREME for an item that I would ship myself, they were REFUNDING CUSTOMER ORDERS without my permission. This software should not have any ability or access to payments, and yet it somehow did. It seems like it was coded this way intentionally to refrain from cancelling any orders on their platform. I mentioned this dozens of times, and was always told it was fixed, and it continued to happen.
If you currently use this software, CHECK YOUR CHARGES. They scammed me out of thousands of dollars! They intentionally inflate the shipping volume on items to make labels cost 3-5x times what they should. I noticed this from the start, and somehow it kept happening and jumped from item to item. Once again, they said it was fixed, and it continued to happen. Most recently, I noticed this on specific SKUs. Labels that, on average, should have been about $30 were all inflated to charge me about $80. It took me less than 10 minutes to go through the first few pages and find 15 orders with this issue. We ended up finding dozens more after going through them ourselves. Their customer service team took over two weeks to get back to me and claimed only six orders were overcharged. I sent my list, and they immediately played dumb and acted like they missed the rest. It’s clear fraud and unethical business.
Since this is the software selected by my 3PL, they had pre-negotiated rates with SKUPREME for users of their warehouse. I did not choose the rate or pricing plan, and that is all Chris and everyone else at SKUPREME mention whenever any issue arises. The plan was advertised to function, but it did anything but. Chris specifically told me, “You’re on the lowest tier plan, but you’re expecting top-tier service”. The only request was for basic help with dozens of bugs, overcharges, customer refunds, etc.
I finally cancelled the subscription and removed my payment information from their portal to avoid any additional fraud. They confirmed it was cancelled, and I still received notifications that they were attempting to bill me for this same cancelled subscription. I could list endless issues and fraud for hours. Not to mention SKUPREME charges by the order to massively inflate prices. There are hundreds of high-quality and significantly cheaper supply chain management software companies out there. Do not risk your business with this company!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to…Bel!! Always amazing and helpful!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Skupreme — they've been amazing to work with, and the team is super attentive. Especially Belen! She's always super responsive on Slack and emails, never misses a beat. Really appreciate her support 🙌
Real-time visibility across all our 3PLs.
We work with different 3PLs, each using their own WMS and portal. It used to be challenging to monitor data feeds, track inventory movement, or even get a consistent view of what’s in stock where.
Skupreme centralized this data in a single interface that connects all our warehouses in real time. We can see our inventory across all locations instantly, and make smarter decisions around planning, replenishment, and allocation.
A system that understands our catalog
Our catalog has over 15,000 SKUs, most of them are kits, bundles, and multi-packs with complex logic behind how they’re sold and fulfilled. We’ve spent years trying different systems, and nothing could handle the way our products are structured. Everything would break, either inventory wouldn’t sync, or orders would come in wrong.
Skupreme was the first platform that actually got it right.
They helped us unify our catalog, map out the kit logic correctly, and sync everything across the board. For the first time, we’re confident our listings are accurate. We’ve now expanded to marketplaces like SHEIN and Temu, which we couldn’t access before because of our catalog.
Skupreme solved a problem every other…
Skupreme solved a problem every other platform told us was impossible.
Our products are tricky, a single SKU might ship in multiple packages, and sometimes those components are split across two or three different warehouses. Most systems we tried just couldn’t handle that logic. They’d treat the SKU as one item, assume it came from one place, and the order would end up delayed or wrong.
They helped us map out our logic, build rules for how each component gets fulfilled, and route orders dynamically across our warehouse network.
If you have a complicated fulfillment setup and everyone else has told you “no,” Skupreme is your yes.

Started out promising—ended as a disaster.
I was one of the early adopters of this software when the software became publicly available. I was initially impressed with its direction and approach, especially how it managed inventory and purchase orders, and its integration with various marketplaces. Everything seemed very promising.
I was onboarded by the owner, and we maintained close contact as we integrated the system. We uncovered numerous bugs, which was expected since they were a new company. We were happy to work with them because they were flexible and responsive to our needs, but the software remained very buggy.
When things started to change:
The owner began to expand beyond their specialty and started partnering with 3PL services, pushing this new service aggressively. He offered me a pilot which I considered but ultimately decided against. He continued to pursue this with even more phone calls. I entertained these calls but did not move forward.
Last December, they brought in a new VP of Business Development who wanted to connect, declaring himself as my new point of contact. This was strange since I had been with them for nearly a year and had direct contact with both the owner and the support team on my Slack.
I felt ambushed during a call when he told me the plan had changed and I had to decide my level of commitment before he would determine my new pricing. I was shocked. He refused several times to provide the new pricing details, insisting he needed to know my commitment level and whether I was willing to sign a long-term contract, which I was not. The owner, was on the call but deferred to the new VP, stating he was now in charge, which really caught me by surprise. The call did not end well.
After a few emails, the new VP, presented two plans, and my price, which had already doubled the previous month because my mastermind discount supposedly expired, was going to more than double again. This was right before Christmas. I sat on the email and went on vacation with my family. To my surprise, on January 3 or 4, my purchasing manager called saying she couldn't log in to software anymore.
THEY TURNED OFF MY ACCOUNT, which was linked to all other marketplaces and handling my Amazon MCF orders, causing all my orders on other channels not to be shipped. I lost my top seller badge on eBay, which I have not been able to recover.
I emailed them about the issue, and the VP said they canceled my account because I refused to answer the email. I explained that it was the holidays and I was on vacation with my family. I asked why they didn’t just charge my card on file with the new high month-to-month price.
They turned my account back on and we limped along for a while… and now two and a half months later I finally have been able to transition to a legitimate ERP and a new Channel Management system.
They turned out not to be a reliable company. Their customer service doesn’t even reply anymore since December.
Final Note—after I transitioned to a new Channel Management SaaS, I discovered that this software company had categorized my entire catalog under Vinyl Records on eBay because that’s what Owner sold, and they had hardcoded the software to that category. Just one more mess I had to clean up.
This was a painful lesson, and I hope others don’t fall into the same trap. When you're entrenched with a company and dependent on it, it's hard to move due to the many moving pieces, especially with an extensive catalog.
Well Rounded Platform
The system and team are quite efficient. It is a well rounded platform that better fit our needs over other options. They were also quick to set up and easily connected to any third parties required. Our main point of contact (Bel) is always friendly and helpful and quick to offer help or solutions to my inquiries.

I'm very haooy not onky with the tool itself, but with the customer service they provide every time I have a question or concern.

Great software with SKUPREME
The service is fantastic at SKUPREME and that needs to be discussed first. I just dealt with Bel and it's a great example of how this company is different than many others. You have access to chat through Slack which is great. What separates them from others is that you can easily just schedule a Google Meet to actually be shown exactly how to configure everything or deal with issues. What other software company does that? It's fantastic.
As for the software, it will sync with my Amazon to automatically fulfill my Shopify orders and when I get on TikTok Shop, it will do the same there.
One underrated feature that will make my bookkeeper happy is that I can see the value of my inventory on any given day historically. This is important for tax purposes and quite frankly most people aren't tracking this.
Overall great product and service.
