All Cattle and No Hat
S&T has been a amateur's astronomer's friend for about 80 years now and it continues to be what it is pretty well. The format is well oriented to a balance between stuff-to-observe-this-month and stuff-to-read-when-you're-not-observing". The digital copies work well, but that leads to the only real problem. Print copies. A lot of people take out a $56/year subscription because they like having the hard copy. That's a mistake. It takes forever for them to start shipping, and many months never arrive because they can't seem to use shipping labels that will stay on. Zero response from customer service.
So, mixed verdict- it's a great magazine, but can you call it a magazine when you might or might not ever get the magazine?
