Resort was beautiful, greatly exceeded our expectations.
This was the second time we used SkyAuction for a vacation getaway and the price was incredible.

I recently used Sky Auction for a trip to Costa Rica-on a budget, I was able to live large in an eco report located in a private cloud forest. Breakfast was included, the rooms had fireplaces and jacuzzis, plus a porch to listen to the wildlife and look at the lightning bugs in the dark. It was a wonderful part of our trip and memories. I have been spreading the word of this awesome resource! Thank you Sky Auction!

I have booked through Skyauction, East Coast, West Coast and now Orlando. This was the best price vs. other booking sites, easy and quick. I love Skyauction, and all their options, including Goods. I haven't booked a trip through any other site. This is truly a hidden gem.

I got a very cheap price for 1 nights hotel stay for 2 travellers at one of the best hotels in Asia, saving at least 60% off the normal price. When i contacted the hotel after winning the auction to check the reservation, they had no trace of it, after a bunch of emails the reservation was found and all went smoothly. I highly recommend sky auctions.

The people at SkyAuction were knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. I would absolutely use their services again.

I have found SkyAuction a easy platform to use when bidding for a listed deal. The customer service team are responsive and quick should a question needs answering.
I do however have lingering doubts on whether the deals are really that good and couldn't be purchased just as cheaply (discounted) on other competitive accommodation websites. That said I will still continue to browse SkyAuction for bargain offers.
Note: I have only ever bid for accommodation auctions with SkyAuction.

I have bought vacation certificates and week long vacations at a particular resort. All have worked out. We have had some great vacations close to Disney World... in very nice accommodations.
But there are a few pointers.
1. Check the resort you are interested in on TripAdvisor....most of the resorts have comment there - check it would be acceptable to you
2. with vacation certificates do not buy until there is a week and a resort you like available in the inventory. Buy the certificate and then as soon as you receive the certificate (usually under 30 minutes) go buy the week from the inventory. Inventory changes often - you do not want to buy a vacation certificate with no inventory of what you want. I have done well in Orlando area, and once Smoky Mountains. Most inventory is not during peak season - I have never found a beach week in a warm time of year in NC or SC
3. Call the resort a week or so before you go to confirm your reservation. They should have it by then.
4. Do not attend any time share presentations (unless you like that kind of thing) - you are not required to unless that is listed in the auction - but most of Sky Auction things do not require a time share presentations

We went to Cabo Mexico after finding a place we liked and successfully bidding on it. The on line process went smoothly and the person we dealt with on the phone was very polite and helpful when we had a few other questions after the fact. I would highly recommend this website to anyone.

Contacted sky auction multiple times about a reservation and the issue was never resolved

I’ve used sky auction several times and have always been pleased with the deals. I was able to book upscale lodging at great prices.

Available weeks shown on Sky Auction were not really available when I registered. I found out a day later that I would not get the week I had requested (and was shown available on the Sky Auction Website). It made making back to back reservations really difficult. I finally had to go to the Condo facility directly to get the week that was shown available on the Sky Auction website.

The purchase process was good. The resort offered many perks but acceptance required a timeshare presentation which we declined. When it was crowded parking was limited but available. I would purchase again
