Reservation was as expected....getting help after the reservation was made was difficult

benefit for seller and buyer but
well worth the learning curve.

I have used SkyAuction for 10+ family vacations and have never been disappointed. Our last trip, to Branson, was no exception. When we walked into our Condo we were taken aback by the sheer beauty and size of the unit. Living like Royalty for an unbeatable price. We will always work with SkyAuction for our family gatherings and now for our empty nester get aways too.

I signed up to this site because it said I could bid on flights. However this does not appear to be the case. When you try to book a flight it takes you to Flighthub or Cheapair and there is no option for making a bid a flight.

Poor customer service, lots of fees and hidden charges. I use to use Sky Auction but it seems lately, they are not responsive once you purchase only prior to purchase will you receive a response from them.

It also seems they only have vacation options for resorts that are not doing well in which people are not frequenting and that usually means there are issues.

I purchased an Auction and did the pay now travel later because I didn’t have exact travel dates when I won. In this case you pay for 2 days upfront and have a book by date. If you don’t book by the date you loose the Auction. On my book by date I submitted my dates only to learn the next day it hadn’t been processed and my auction was converted to expired. I sent requests to customer service and received the automated response. I have never heard back and they have not refunded my deposit or even discussed with me.

Sorry to say my relationship with them is ending. I will never purchase from them again. They have turned into scammers.

I have used SkyAuction for several cruises and hotel stays and have been very pleased. I will continue to enthusiastically scan the choices available to find those that fit my travel plans. SkyAuction is a real find .

Everything went as planned, the hotel even combined my two reservations from skyauction so we didn't have to change room. No issues and great deal. Helpful responses from sky auctions team when I emailed questions.

Due to a hurricane, we needed to change our reservation. We paid for the insurance that allows this. SkyAuction said we missed the deadline and would not allow us to change dates or give a refund. This is the last time I will deal with SkyAuction.

My SkyAuction online bid went well! I read all the fine print and I won my 4 star vacation rental I wanted with no surprises (Aug 2019).. I did have a couple of questions and Customer Service agents helped answer them. Everything went smoothly for me! I even managed to get a free room upgrade! Thanks for that! The only thing I wish is that they put a phone number on their website, I did get a contact number only after I won my auction but other than that, my whole experience with SkyAuction was great!!

Got very good accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Skyauction has been more than good to us with specials cruise pricings they have sent us. We have taken 5 cruises with the specials and we really really appreciate all they have done.

After an easy booking and adequate accommodations for my trip to TRS coral in Cancun, Mexico, the check in for my room was a terrible experience. After receiving confirmation that we were in a swim up room from the hotel and sky auction, the front desk refused to give us that type of room and put us in a regular junior suite. We were told that the hotel did not have confirmation from sky auction for the upgraded room which was explicitly stated on the sky auction confirmation and won bid. The hotel tried to contact sky auction to confirm our room type with no response. I tried to contact sky auction twice with no response. The customers shouldn’t be at fault when the sky auction doesn’t commute with the hotel about your confirmed room accommodations. And your emails and calls shouldn’t be ignored either. Terrible experience.

Extraordinary deal on an extraordinary cruise! Saved thousands over the rack rate on our cruise to Alaska. Amenities & opportunities for excursions are too numerous to mention. Suffice it to say, this long-time customer of Skyauction continues to be amazed - they’ve earned my highest compliments.

I purchased a two-bedroom Resort package at Summer Bay Resort in Orlando Florida. They had trouble finding the reservation because it was under someone else's name not mine, although when I had spoken to the resort directly they assured me by the time I arrived the reservation would be in my name. So, it took them approximately 20 minutes to figure it all out but we finally were able to check in. The resort and room was great quality and perfect for our family of three. The pictures and the description of the resort were accurate and we enjoyed our stay!
