An account manager that listens!
I have had Christopher Ellis as my account manager for over a year now. He's responsive, available, knowledgable and listens to his clients needs. Unlike other account managers I have experience, I feel that Christopher listens to his clients and does not try to push unnecessarily for certain products that do not match the clients profile and goals. Very happy with his service.

Chris Ellis has been stellar in managing my funds. He has always been ahead of the curve from the time I joined the investment scheme at RL360 and continued with my move to semi retirement. I recently needed pension funds management and also looking to purchase a property. He thoroughly explained each step and brought in other experts where applicable eg for the expat property i needed to purchase and was always present to ensure all went well. I have been able to make informed decisions about my pensions and now looking to make more investments. He is efficient and highly valuable in the way he has managed my affairs with Skybound.
