Amalie and Shanelle save the day …
After the most awful experience with Wizz Air - where they denied us and several others boarding - all six in our party were feeling completely deflated and miserable.
Thank God for the lovely Amalie and Shanelle who could not have been kinder and more helpful. They helped us immensely with our booking and found us flights a couple of days later. We are now back on track to have the holiday we have so been looking forward to.

You Saved Our 50th Anniversary Vacation
My wife and I flew to England from the US in September 2023 for her high school reunion. It was also our 50th wedding anniversary. We missed our connecting flight in NY due to delays in LA and our luggage was routed through a different airline and different airport, Gatwick rather than Heathrow. We flew out the next morning to London, spent the night in the airport trying to locate our luggage and were advised to go to our destination, Cambridge, and the airline would follow up with us by phone. We didn’t hear from them so we made multiple efforts driving back and forth from Cambridge to Gatwick to meet with the airline and try to locate our luggage. We were in the same clothes over this 3 day span and got no results from the airline after many meetings. We spoke to an airline attendant with a different airline who suggested we speak with Skybreak. We went upstairs and met with Denise Freitas of Skybreak who spent considerable time (2-3 hours) making multiple phone calls and accompanying us to various parts of the airport trying to locate our luggage. She knew the luggage was in the airport but our tags were incorrect as the bags were re-tagged by the different airline. Finally, through Denise’s significant effort as well as her manager (Stacy) our luggage was located. We were able to get back to Cambridge just before the reunion commenced. We are so very thankful for Denise, her manager, and Skybridge for saving the day, indeed the entire vacation, anniversary and reunion. I am belatedly sending this review as I temporarily misplaced Denise’s business card. Thanks so very much!!

Lost my daughters glasses on flight to UK. Next day contacted Skybreak. Within 24 hours they had them and we arranged to pick them up on returning flight home. Fantastic service. Extremely simple and valuable service.
They did not assume the mistake they have done
We went there when doing the check in at the desk because there was an issue related to my infant's and my husband tickets. They tried to fixed by putting the infant under my name. For that, they have changed my name on the ticket and me and my son were moved to a wait list on the flight and I was unable to check in afterwards and my husband disappeared from our booking. Conclusion, we all missed the flight. Sky Break at beginning told us that we would get a new ticket because mistakes had happened by the team at the airport, however later on told us that the initial problem was due to an error on the ticket issued by the agency, independently of the mistakes that happened afterwards. So in order to carry my holiday I needed to purchase 4 tickets instead of 2 tickets (adult+infant) for outbound and return. Don't trust Sky Break!!

We had a problem booking cases with Swissair so thought we would go to Gatwick and ask them direct. Unfortunately there were no flights that day so no agents to ask. We saw a help desk and was met with a lovely smile from Charlie. She was so helpful trying her very best to help us. Charlie deserves a big Pat on her back she was Amazing.

Skybreak reunited me with laptop
I left my laptop at the WizzAir plane and Skybreak has found and returned me it back in less than 1 week. They have a simple and convenient online form and the whole experiece was very smooth.

Flight disaster resolved…
We arrived at Gatwick and discovered our airline didn’t exist anymore! Ben helped us find new flights out to Hanoi, and was so patient and sympathetic. Right before Christmas, really busy airport, and hardly any flights available - he found us great flights at a good price. He was exceptional, and couldn’t have been more empathetic and thorough. He genuinely cared about our predicament.

Excellent service at Gatwick
A huge thank you to Greig Boyd at Skybreak Gatwick. On arriving at the BA check-in desk we found that I had printed the wrong documents relating to our e-visas for India, which were required to be in hard copy. Forwarding the correct documents from my phone to Skybreak was taking longer than expected but Greig went above & beyond to resolve this situation and to get the correct documents printed for us, relieving a potentially stressful situation.

I lost my passport in London and received fantastic help from Philip Munroe at Gatwick Airport who worked overtime in order to help me get everything I needed to get on my flight.
