Great Service

Great Service, contact number of driver and emergency contact number sent prior. Driver arrived 15 minutes before and Informed me of their arrival. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10

Highly Recommend!

So easy! The driver arrived early and messaged immediately, waiting until I was ready. He was professional & we arrived perfectly on time. 100% recommend - especially for an early flight.

I wish I could give this zero stars as…

I wish I could give this zero stars as the service was unbelievably bad. The driver kept changing their ETA and in the end was 45 minutes late. This is unacceptable for an airport transfer and I nearly missed my flight. Moreover, the driver thought it was a good idea to stop for gas on the way even though we were incredibly late. Surely they should have filled the tank at the start of their day. As if all this wasn’t enough, they decided to drop me off a few lanes away from the departures entrance at the terminal, even though they knew I had to carry heavy sports equipment. I’ve never had a worse or more stressful trip to the airport in my life and I travel a lot. This is supposed to be a premium service at £100+ but it was very far from it!

Unsafe

I had a disappointing experience with the driver and cannot recommend or use again the service.

Key concerns:
- driver Arrived 5 minutes late
- Most concerning: wore large headphones and appeared to be attending a Zoom call or webinar while driving, even checking his device from time to time
- Driver Wore a face mask initially but removed it during the ride, didnt know if he was ill or not.
- Appeared very fidgety and distracted throughout, which made me feel unsafe
- Drove inconsistently; other vehicles honked, suggesting poor lane positioning which made me feel very unsafe
- Removed his seatbelt while driving and did not wear it again

These issues suggest a lack of professionalism and focus on passenger safety.

Excellent central London to Gatwick airport car service

Booking process easy, confirmation via email AND WhatsApp made it very helpful to confirm details, numbers of bags etc to ensure the right size car, precise pick up location and time.

Car was new and very comfortable.

Gerry the driver was excellent, friendly and professional.

Value for money for the service is what makes it 5 stars.

Excellent Car Service

Ordered a car to the airport from Sky Bridge Cars for the first time. The process was very efficient. The driver was very polite and professional. I will definitely use them on my return flight and in the future.

I booked a cab with these guys at 9pm…

I booked a cab with these guys at 9pm for a 4:30am pickup.

Got confirmed super quickly and the process was great.
Got a WhatsApp confirming it was booked and checking all the details were correct. And Shakeel was a lovely guy!

I booked a taxi for pick up at 9am from Gatwick airport. I received no communication from yourselves or my driver at this time until I phoned at 9:10am. At this point when I phoned all I was sent was the drivers name. I phoned back as there is no way that I can identify the driver without any car details. Eventually I was put through to the driver who advised me of his registration number and he arrived to pick me up at 25 minutes past 9. This meant that with the addition of traffic I ended up 50 minutes late to my destination. I fully accept that the other 25 minutes was due to traffic and out with the company and drivers control but I would have been only 25 minutes late if not for the driver picking me up nearly half an hour after my pick up time.

The driver then explained that a small child had just been sick on the floor of the car and he was sorry that it smelled. Whilst I do empathise with the situation it was extremely unpleasant and made me feel very unwell travelling for over an hour with the stained carpet and smell of sick in the car.

Lastly, and most importantly for me, the driver was watching videos on one of the devices attached to the car during the entirety of this trip. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my safety and is not only frankly unacceptable but also illegal.

When I brought up these concerns to the company I was sent a screenshot from the driver calling me a liar and offered 10% compensation. Not only was my journey completely unpleasant, the lack of customer service shown was appalling.
