Tried to book a 5 instance run on TBC…

Tried to book a 5 instance run on TBC anniversary, 8hrs later and I'm still waiting on getting match with a pro. Asked for a refund and got nowhere. Had to do a charge back to get my money back

Buyer Beware: A Cautionary Tale About Raid Services

These guys are okay for drop-offs; I've had decent luck with that despite their higher prices. However, I strongly advise against using them for raids. I want to share my last two experiences to help others avoid potential trouble.

The first time I rented a raider just for myself, the booster brought along another client, and the whole experience revolved around that client. I had to help keep the other client from getting killed, which wasn't even in the area I had selected. Eventually, I found myself solely focused on assisting the booster with that client's order, which led to a conflict between the other client and the booster. The support team didn’t believe me, so I had to send in videos and audio proof. This resulted in several days of back-and-forth communication—a complete waste of my time. The company did send another booster, who was fine, and they provided some credit. But honestly, paying for a service only to spend time resolving issues rather than actually enjoying the game was frustrating and exhausting.

On another occasion, I paid 25.91 € for the ARC Raiders Matriarch kill. The booster came in, got shot at, and then told me to extract without fighting the Matriarch, which is necessary for the trials. This meant no loot, and then the booster just logged off. When I contacted the company, they said they were looking into it—wasting half my day that I could have spent playing. The only response from the booster was to offer me 5 Matriarch reactors. As a result, I didn’t earn the points for the trials, wasted half my day, and felt pressured to accept the reactors or else get nothing. The site lists the price of those cores as 6.06 €. I informed the company about this, but they seemed indifferent and essentially said I accepted the offer. In total, I was charged an extra 19.85 € compared to what I received. I consider this a scam. To top it off I had to pay another company just to get the raid for the trail points.

Drop-offs are fine, but avoid their raid services; you will regret it. They won't honor what they advertise on their site and will instead offer you an easier, cheaper option after wasting your time.

Site is a scam, do not recommend

The site is a scam and I strongly recommend you dont use any boosting services offered.

I requested a valorant rank boost and added two optional choices to the order: super express for a quick turnaround and duo queue as I did not want to account share.

A day passes and no word - still getting matched with a pro. I reach out to support and they assure me theres a long queue of players but they are unable to definitively tell me how long ill need to wait.

After several days with no word, I decided I just wanted a refund.

Customer service tried everything they could to not process this request. I recieved about 6 emails from them asking me if I wanted different services and they went as far as to try and trick me into getting a refund in site credit, all why I was expressly and directly stating I no longer wanted services from their company.

I highly do not recommend this or really any boosting sites tbh.

Application Denied for no reason

There was an HR who kept asking many requests about proof to show boosting experience and taking time to respond, and after I told them I will get another proof in few days and they said ok after I got full video proof of me doing orders they decided to "DENY THE APPLICATION" without giving reason after that HR just decides to ignore you without explaining anything they don't even want to say why not accepted to work as booster although I showed many proofs

Misleading “Express” Service and Frustrating Support Experience

Skycoach's response upon seeing my negative review and refund request:
“Thank you for your response. Refund is always an option, and it's usually processed by our Accounting team and takes up to 14 days, but I just want to make it up to you for the unpleasant experience with us you've faced and offer a manual refund that will be processed instantly and arrive to your card in 2-5 business days. If you could remove your review, I'll go against our usual procedure and will process a refund without confirming it with our accounting team, as to not take any more of your time.”

So not only are they refusing to process my refund faster until I remove my negative review they have jumped through every possible hoop to control their image and not actually help my request. This is an extremely shady practice as you will not get what you fairly request from them unless you do what they want.

After placing my order, I was informed by a support representative that purchasing their “express” option would ensure my order began within 35–45 minutes. However, eight days later, my order had still not been started. During this time, I contacted customer support on four separate occasions. Each time, I was discouraged from requesting a different “PRO,” with the explanation that doing so would only cause further delays.

When I attempted to request a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult. Instead of addressing my request directly, I was repeatedly offered account credit and alternative options, which prolonged the interaction by an additional 45 minutes before I was finally provided with an email address to submit my refund request.

Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with these issues, as I encountered a very similar situation during a previous order. Overall, the delays in starting orders are unacceptable, and my interactions with both the PROs and support staff were often unhelpful and, at times, unprofessional. Assistance seemed to be offered only when addressing complaints rather than proactively resolving issues.

Based on this experience and a similar issue I encountered previously, I would strongly advise others to avoid this service. The combination of misleading timelines, poor communication, and ineffective customer support makes it unreliable and not worth the risk.
