This is a call out for Chile the customer services guy in Edinburgh.
After circa 6 weeks of being messed around by various help staff and techs, I got to the point of leaving SKY after 20 years.
Chile sorted things out and I now have SKY Stream, and whoop hooo it's good.
I was about to leave Sky but the agent persuaded me to stay by offering Discovery+.
But you can’t get it so you ring the helpline. They then put you through to someone abroad who puts you on hold then cuts you off. Just another lie and scam. LEAVE SKY
