While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The most disgusting experience Skyeng

The most disgusting experience with this so-called “service.” I spent a whole month waiting for Chinese lessons — and got NOTHING. For two weeks, every time I asked for a refund, they turned it into a circus: instead of a proper answer, they sent me bot-like template emails — “freeze your subscription,” “bring a friend,” and other nonsense. This is not support, it’s pure trolling and mockery.

Scammers, plain and simple. The payment even goes through some shady third-party company learningteachit.com — good luck ever finding your money again. No service, no responsibility, no basic respect for the customer.

SkyEng is the worst choice you could possibly make. If you don’t want to lose your money, nerves, and time — stay far away.

The quality of teachers is good

The quality of teachers is good, the platform works fine. The sistem is sometimes rigid and slow (example the issues had with Massimiliano Balbo).
The automatic emails are uncorrectly adressed, in the past I got mails in russian, this one is in french (and I am Italian) . This is not acceptable if you want to face in an international environment
