My experience with Skyfly was genuinely amazing. They held a seminar at the beginning before the trip to let us know what we would expect etc..

They had a WhatsApp group that had information on there nearly everyday to inform us what next steps were etc..

Food was good aswell

Only thing I would say is from my wife's POV is that they should involve a woman group leader which would eliminate all the politics LOL !

Fantastic organisation.

Very good company to use for Hajj and Umrah. Always there when you need them and I believe that's the most important thing. I went with another company in 2024 and they stopped answering calls whereas with Skyfly, they called us everyday to make sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything when we weren't on tour. Uncle Shahid explains everything thoroughly, professionaly and treated us all like family

Alhamdulillah, as a first time visitor to Saudi Arabia, my Hajj journey with SkyFly was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, the SkyFly team made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and stress free.

Every member of the team was professional, supportive, and always willing to help throughout the pilgrimage. Every aspect of the trip was organised efficiently, and even the Mina and Arafat tents exceeded my expectations. The pre Hajj seminar was also extremely helpful, giving us a clear understanding of how to prepare and what to expect.

The guidance provided for the Hajj rituals was clear and easy to follow. This allowed us to focus on our ibadah with peace of mind, knowing that everything else was being taken care of.

Having now completed Hajj, I have a much greater appreciation for the amount of planning and effort involved in organising such a journey. The SkyFly team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their care and dedication were evident throughout.

I had the pleasure of travelling to Hajj with Skyfly this year 2026
Initially at the seminar the did not promise the world but where humble about our travel arrangements
They explained what would happen the detail was good about what to expect. They supplied all travellers with a back pack with essentials that would be needed for Hajj. They did not over promise and from the outset explained the would be lead by the Saudi authorities.
We where met at the airport by staff whom made sure all our group got checked in and orderly fashion.
They kept everyone in the loop with what the need to do.
We arrived at Jeddah airport didn't need to worry about luggage that was sorted by Skyfly and and the Saudi authorities. We got to the hotel and was welcomed like VIPs and feed and watered the Saudi authorities gave us our required credentials and room keys distributed.
The hotel was a 10 min walk from al haram it was clean and the staff were very good and welcoming.
We had a rest and then as a group did our initial Umrah.
We where all informed via WhatsApp what was happening and when.
All coaches where of a high standard and fully air conditioned.
When ever we need to travel the coaches where made available.
The stay in Mina was very close to Jammarat so made life easy. Mina accommodation was good snacks ice and drinks available round the clock 3 meals a day in Mina and hotel and food was of a good standard. Out of 300 plus people nobody complained about the food nor was anybody ill because of the food.
Arafat accommodation was also good.
Hajj was explained well and there was always someone there to help if you needed them.
After Hajj we where quickly told of our qurbans and how and when we could do our tawaf
We had a few days to chill
Then where taken to Medina via coaches.
We where taken on ziarats and some places I was unfamiliar with.

Overall me and my wife had a exceptionally Hajj, after hearing many horror stories prior to going.

I would recommend this company to my friends and family for Hajj.
