Sky lite don a fantastic job cleaning property so i could get my full deposit back. Would highly recommend them. The flat looked brand new after they finsihed

I contacted Skylight to clean my wheelie bins, as I couldn't get hold of the person I'd used before. After a phone call, someone came out to see the bins and check that they were standard size. They could have taken this opportunity to explain their service to me, but didn't. I booked the cleaning for the day the bins are emptied, as I'd done with the previous service. It was a working day and I wasn't around. I hadn't seen in the small print that I was expected to provide water and electricity and this was not pointed out in any of the 3 emails, 2 phone calls or face to face conversations I'd had with them. The contractor who came was flexible and agreed to come back when I'd got home from work, but then wasn't able to clean the bins, because my water pressure was too low to work his jet washer. As far as they're concerned, I had two visits and will get no money back, even though they didn't actually clean my bins. Dreadful service.
