Excellent product and Decent prices. The team are easy to deal with on the telephone and really helpful. Be mindful that they are an intermediate and will charge returns fees (full cost of transport) will only return the cost of the unit (not original postage) and ‘restocking’ fees at 20% of the cost of original purchase, so ensure you are getting the product you want 1st time.

Good product bad communication
I ordered 2 skylights and when I received them I realised I had ordered wrong size. When I phoned to as if I could send them back & reorder replacement , I was told it was up to the accounts department but would get back to me. I had too phone 5 day later for there decision. I got my skylight & they look amazing.
