Couldn't have been happier with the service Paul & co provided. Professional to a tee, meticulous in their attention to detail, and ready to go above and beyond. We booked them for an end of tenancy clean and got our deposit back, so couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommended.

Booked the service online and Paul arrived earlier by arrangement on the day .
Did a very thorough clean all round including the grill tray etc .
Finished promptly and at the quoted price ie £45

Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from Skyline Cleaning!

I booked a full clean for my large 3-bedroom property and the results were beyond perfect. Every detail was handled to the highest standard — limescale completely gone, fridge freezer and oven looking like new, floors left sparkling, windows gleaming, and carpets absolutely immaculate.

The level of care and attention was outstanding, and the whole place felt refreshed and transformed. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be booking again for some regular TLC for my property. Exceptional work from start to finish!

Paul and his team did a very good job.
They came on time, I was not in town, he got the key from the neighbour, the house was well cleaned. I was impressed.

The Tenant booked this company for an end-of-tenancy cleaning, but the cleaning was done superficially, and to very poor standard, several areas—such as the toilets, toilet tiles, some carpet areas, kitchen cupboards, etc.—were not cleaned at all.
When the cleaner returned to address the issues, he was unprofessional and
dismissive. Despite the visible dirt, he refused to acknowledge that parts of the property had been missed. Instead, he laughed, attempted to scratch off the dirt in front of me, and said, “I don't have much time, so what do you want? I don’t want to be rude.”
When I asked him to re-clean the missed areas, he agreed to clean only two spots, insisting that the rest were already clean and did not need further work, even though they was clear limescale, black mold in the shower, grease on the extractor hood, etc. I couldn't trust him to clean the missing areas, therefore we agreed that he would refund £50 to the tenants.
Afterward, I cleaned the property myself with the help of a professional cleaner, and we discovered even more uncleaned areas. It took us four hours to remove the remaining visible dirt.
I would definitely not recommend this company. The quality of their cleaning was poor, and they did not take responsibility for their work.
When I mentioned about writing a review, he said "I don't care". Please read the reviews of this company before you hire them.

Really disappointed in the service provided, as Paul seemed like a lovely guy and was initially very quick to reply. However, the flat only received a cursory clean, and many of the items listed as part of the end of tenancy clean service were not done, or done to a very poor standard.

Paul is now ignoring my emails requesting a follow-up clean, when previously he was responding within 24 hours.

My letting agency have also let me know that this is not an isolated incident, and they have had issues before with Skyline not returning to clean to a professional standard after items were left undone.

The AI generated images on their website are as real as their ability to clean. We moved into a 3 bedroom property "cleaned" by them and like the reviews below we have had to redo EVERYTHING. There is thick limescale on every tap, there was scum, black mold and hair in the shower drains and the extractor hood - which is included in what they clean on their website - is covered in grease still clearly untouched. There's food and marks on the kitchen walls and every bedroom door and light switch has smear marks. DO NOT waste your money on this company.

Do not use Skyline. I'm not sure how they can call themselves professional cleaners. We booked them for a pre-move-in clean and none of the things they list on their website were done. It was given a cursory clean, at best. A dry wipe of loose debris in cupboards etc, but that was is. So much was missed or simply not done. Surfaces were still dirty, sticky, splash marks, old food marks, dribble marks etc etc. Whilst it was a lot better than how the property had been left, it was absolutely not clean enough to move into. We had to spend HOURS going over everything again before unpacking. We were told there would be two people for 5hrs, but only one came. When I rang to say I wasn't happy, I was offered £15 off the invoice! We negotiated this to £40 off the invoice...however this was before I'd realised the full extent of what a cursory job had been done. He should have charged to clean the carpets and nothing more, because that's basically the only thing that seemed to have been done to any kind of standard. DO NOT USE.

Stay away from this company, I booked their endo of tenancy service and virtually none of the 8 items listed there were done at a good level.
I had to redo everything: dust on doors, windows, kitchen cupboards with food remains, toilet seats just roughly wiped, etc.
They also ignored all my reports/complaints, with pictures, to them. Don't believe their screenshot testimonials randomly added to their website, that's obviously something that they have cherry picked. Just awful, this rating should actually be zero.
