I booked a trip to cancun with expedia…

I booked a trip to cancun with expedia I had to cancell and expedia next day refund the hotel & transportation. For the flight I got a credit $802, then I called to rebooked with my credit Skyline Travel because somehow that is the phone number expidia give for flights for united air. They booked my flight but said tha I had to pay like $693 more. They said they used my credit and a senior discount. Then the same day united airlines sent me a receipt showing my flight cost $776 including seats. United said that the $693 needs to be refund to me from Skayline, they dont reconized this company. I called and hey are giving e the run around but Im not giving up collecting the overcharged form Skyline Travel. Today Im calling and no one answer the phone.

Group Trip and screwed everyone on upgrades.

Skyline was supossed to be upgrading seats to extra legroom and exit rows. Everyone paid and noone got thier seats. At check in we still had our original seats and they said that its too late to do anything about it now. They never iossued new seats to begin with. They are scammers!

Skyline Travels is a SCAM

Skyline Travels is a SCAM! AVOID!
They intentionally have a phone number which is a very similar to United Airlines main reservations number, hoping to siphon off callers who misdial. Once you are there, they pretend to be United Airlines, and get your credit card information.

Dishonest!

Dishonest!! I had a flight delay and called airline customer service for assistance. I was transferred to Skyline and I had no idea I was speaking to a travel agent. The employee (Will) told me there were no seats in economy. The only seats available were in the main cabin and it would be an additional $472. The fee was actually the fee for Skyline to book the tickets.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They are not forthcoming about the fact that they are an agency and not the airline itself, charge large fees that the airlines do not charge, and charge your credit card prior to formal approval of the itinerary. They are also not forthcoming about the details such as something not being refundable, etc.. And actually lied about American Airlines having cancelled my original flight in order to get me on another flight.

I just got stung - This is NOT an airline number.

I just got stung. If you google "American Airlines" contact number, you may see the number 1-800-882-8800 come up. When you call, it sounds as through you're talking to the airline (If you need help with a reservation, press 1, etc.). But it is an agency called Skyline.

Ripped me off for a lot of money that I will probably never see again.

Scammers

Either they list themselves with a Lufthansa number or I got switched to them by Lufthansa to change a ticket. Now I wanted to cancel the ticket and they want to charge $999 to cancel the ticket and maybe, (I don't trust them) get a refund. I'd call them scammers.

this company scammed me out of a flight…

this company scammed me out of a flight change for Southwest Airlines. I miss dialed one digit in Southwest Airlines customer service and these people pose a Southwest Airlines. They assisted me with changing my flight, but insisted there was a fee. Southwest does not charge a fee and a later discover with a actual Southwest agent. These people should be shut down.

DO NOT use this travel agency - SCAM ALERT

DO NOT use this travel agency. They are scammers. I so regret the day I accidentally clicked on their link thinking I was calling Delta customer service. They booked a flight on United for me and said they would upgrade my class. Right away I was suspicious and called United before approving their email verification to charge. Well United informed me that the way they "upgraded" me one way was that they claimed that my child had a medical condition. I ended up cancelling that flight with United myself and yet these scammers will still able to charge me a fee of almost $1600 for their services. I am currently fighting this with my bank over a month later. DO NOT RECOMMEND this has been a nightmare from begining to end.

I called United Airlines to rebook but got connected to a travel company.…

I called United Airlines to rebook a flight that I had cancelled. Somehow I was routed to Skyline Travels without knowing. I told them I had a credit of $787 with United but after 45 minutes of back and forth, I was told there would be an additional charge of $558 for a trip almost equal in price to the one I had cancelled. I received an email from this company with the new booking info and noticed it was not from United but from Skyline Travels. I immediately hung up and called my credit card company to make sure Skyline did not access my account.
