First of all, I know zero about photo or video editing. That has changed since I purchased a drone. I settled on purchasing from Luminar (skylum.com) and I bought the Luminar Neo package. With Skylum's vast knowledge of photo & video editing, one thing stood out and that is how simplistic it is to create superb photo's using their photo editing software. Initially, I had an issue downloading their software only to find out I was the issue. However, with that being said, their customer service expeditiously returned every service ticket I sent to them. Not in a day or two but within hours or less. Plus, their customer service representative who worked with me explained everything I needed to know which got me up and running quickly. You can read review after review, about how easy it is to edit with their software package(s) and I'm here to tell you you will be incredibly satisfied with their software. I am a beginner in the field of editing photo's but this software makes me look like a seasoned veteran. Totally incredible just like the people behind their products. BTW, their AI assist works tremendously well too.

I've been a user of a number of Skylum products for many years. To me, Skylum software has been consistently very good, effective, efficient and literally a great help in my photography work. I would rate Luminar Neo, in particular, as top-notch and simply amazing. The Supersharp AI add-on has truly been a lifesaver for me. To add to product excellence, service or support by Skylum is truly what the word "support" is supposed to mean. The support team simply won't stop trying to help you out until your issues and problems are fixed and you're satisfied that everything is in proper order and the software is performing as it should.

I purchased this product from Skylum and initially experienced some challenges getting Luminar Neo to run on my laptop. However, the support team was outstanding throughout the process. They responded promptly, provided clear step-by-step guidance, and followed up consistently until the issue was fully resolved. The product is excellent, and the level of customer support gave me even more confidence in the company. I would highly recommend both Luminar Neo and the Skylum team for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

My trouble was set on a sunday afternoon. My Luminar Neo Trial ended this day.( during 7 days I was totally happy with the application - more specific and powerfull compared to my Luminar Neo for IPad Pro)- so I decided to upgrade by purchasing the Perpetual Luminar Neo for desktop- Unfortunately- I made a big mistake ! Buying the Eco system Pass ! ( my bad !). But immediately I connected to the support service( the bot was very clever because he escalated my problem to a human help 😂👍. And from then just after a few minutes..ROSTYSLAV himself takes care of me..and Fix my problem 🙏🏽 . I get now the Perpetual Luminar Neo for desktop! ( But I wonder how to get the cross device Perpetual). And Voilà ! Thank you mu Budd!

Very impressed with the Luminar Neo software and customer service. Amazing software that gives me the creative freedom to adjust, retouch and dramatically improve overall look of my photography. While also being fun and easy to use. Nice looking interface. So many possibilities and looking forward to experimenting with all the tools. Tools with depth map are like magic to me. Allows me to add fog, adjust lighting and even add the right amount of blur to background middle and front. Works really nice with nature photography. Depth! Exciting! Thanks for a wonderful product.

The other day, when I tried to update, it stopped working properly, but the support team quickly gave me advice. This time, it was difficult until things returned to normal, but each time, they immediately suggested alternative solutions, and I was somehow able to recover. The support staff were not only quick but also patiently assisted me when things didn't go well. In conclusion, Luminar is not only intuitive and easy to use, but its AI-assisted features are also very convenient, making it surely easy for beginners to use. Additionally, it is wonderful that the support team is reliable when you run into trouble.

This is excellent editing software and the AI enhancements work a treat. I had some problems after a recent update (isn't that always the case!) but the online assistants were very helpful and patient. Everything is working well now. The only addition I would hope to see (possibly in a future update) would be facial recognition and tagging, as in Lightroom etc.
