The taxi driver was late and car was disgusting
The taxi driver was late, smell as cigarettes and we were expecting a child capsule for a 6 month old instead we got an older childs car seat which was deteriorated and disgusting.
Trips to the airport are crucial; families plan ahead and time id paramount. Traffic or not the driver already should know this and not apologising over something that is your job. My family and I stayed in the cold for 30 minutes waiting for the taxi to arrive.
Please make sure drivers and taxis are in good condition as the prices you charged for at least deserved an upgrade van and carseat.

Arrived on time , did an upset because the passenger had luggage …. Yeah go figure imagine that. Communicated at pickup and arrival , that was great. Friendly service.
This company have a massive 5.5 to 6 % loading on the eftpos
Fare started at $245, then when had to get suitcases and a couple
Of bags they up charged to $287
At payment that became $301, blamed the “bank” for the fees.
$56 more than quoted so be aware people , ask the right questions people and have some cash

Don’t supply what they say!
Ordered through sky maxi taxi and told I was getting a party bus with great sound system and lights etc.
was sent a 13 cabs taxi - normal nothing party about it.
I booked for a 30th expecting what I paid for.
Would not use again or recommend as they do not stay true to their word and was a disappointment. Wasted money!
Sent off my feedback and disappointment and asked why they did do what they said they would, now they don’t respond. Quick to take your money
