No customer care or loyalty!

Been with SumUp since 2018 with no problems for over 5 yrs. Then, without any reason, they emailed me to state, they can’t have me as a client & just shut my account down without any notice!? The embarrassment they have caused for my small business is diabolical! I will no longer recommend them to anyone! I asked for an explanation & got no real response or an actual reason why! I’ve had to go with another company, who accepted me straight away without any issues or problems. This new company I’ve gone with also have better customer support than SumUp! They don’t value their long term customers, no loyalty towards them, they just switch up on you out of the blue, no customer care, just cut you off & have no care how it affects you or your business. Avoid!!!
