Shah is amazing to work with. He really took the time to understand my business problem and he made it his own, taking ownership of the research task not just in the direction that I'd asked him, but also in other directions that the research led, things I wouldn't have considered. He took plenty of time to explain each part of the research and financial projections to me and the pros and cons of scaling my business according to different strategies.
