My recent experience with Sky Sale has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others. In my personal experience, despite paying in full for flights, my tickets were never issued. Instead, I was repeatedly asked for additional payments, including unexpected “merchandise fees” through Klarna, which I was told had to be paid before any tickets could be released. This felt completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the company’s integrity.
Another issue I encountered was inconsistent pricing. The amount I was initially quoted was not the same amount I was later asked to pay when it came time to issue the tickets, despite having proof of email saying my ticket price will not change after making deposit, This left me feeling misled and financially pressured. I was also contacted by individuals using Western names, which gave an impression of credibility that did not align with my experience. Some staff even used religious language to gain trust, something I found particularly upsetting.
As a result of these issues, I have reported the matter to Action Fraud and am currently seeking resolution after losing £4,660 with no tickets provided.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution and consider avoiding purchasing tickets from this company Sky Sale Limited.
They’re registered under the Company House and not regulated with CAA or AAD checks I have carried out.
