I paid 3days ago heard nothing they won’t answer what’s app messages all e mail they are nothing but dirt bags scammers DO NOT BUY OF THEM

Sure this is a scam as list multiple methods of contact but respond to non and telegram page is only a few months old but they claim to of been going since 2019. It's quite a believable scam in many ways that they are an honest lot and will provide you with a quality service and then they say pay by credit card as you are protected so basically pay us by card we will keep your money but don't worry your bank will refund you.

I made a huge mistake entering into a contract with this company. It seems nothing actually works you then try to ring up which is an average of a hour waiting in a cue to get through then you get told they don’t know and can’t help you. I asked them if they had the right contact info for myself and I get told we can’t tell you any of that info for security, that’s after I just answered all the security questions on getting through. I can’t even check to see if they have used the correct email address when setting up my account to see if that’s the issue as they won’t tell me. What a shambles and the call handler was as much help as the hub. Do not make the same mistake I have as this provider is not what it used to be. Never a issue when it comes to collecting your monthly bills, I say bills as they charge separate for tv and broadband and I could never understand why until the yearly increase came round and it’s so they can make the increase on each service separately, absolute greed. Stay away people they have no shame and will fleece you for every penny they can get in return for practically nothing but headaches.

Absolutely shambles completely FRAUD SCAM company never reply emails take the test money for £1 then subscribe to £5 to find service DOESN'T work then get up to find there taking another £382.50 from my card,AVOID AT ALL COST its a scam

Went underground with my subscription. I used to enjoy watching soccer here. I actually gave my service provider trouble initially thinking they had blocked the site. Boy was I wrong!

Suddenly stopped working and they dissappeared with the website gone. No communication whatsoever and continued to take money from the subscription, With no customer support or website to cancel the subscription I had to cancel the card.

This service just stop working and i didn't receive any email. very bad for a compagny

I'm really sorry to hear all of the bad reviews. Until a few weeks ago, this service used to be good to excellent. It has now stopped working, I assume the company has failed. I am reclaiming the latest month's subscription that I paid last month from my credit card company

After paying for 4 months subscription. The site has been permanently down. No one to contact to fix it. This is totally unacceptable and unbelievable. I don’t recommend to anyone.

Horrible streaming service! And even worse customer service. Stay far and away from this company. The streams only work 2/5 times and there is no one to contact should you ha e any issues.

I've paid for my subscription and now I can't use the website, I've paid for 6months subscription...It's mad how do we get our money back now?

I knew, five minutes after registration, this is an absolute fraud which run by incompetent and irresponsible personals, quickly demanded for refund of a year subscription, but as you expect they run away with it.

ITS A SCAM!!!!!! We bought it and after 1 week it just stopped working. All 5 star reviews are not from customers

It's a scam site. Don't subscribe.

Most of the streaming is raggy and slow. Some of them don't even work to begin with. Now they are nowhere to be seen.

Where have you gone?
No service for two days and nothing but silence.
