After buying my Citizen Zenshin with skywatchers, they’ve earned a life long customer. I’m truly blown away at their level of customer service and communication. They FAR exceeded what I expected and made my first bigger watch purchase very comfortable. They took time to answer all my questions for a couple weeks before purchased, going as far as to send detailed pictures of specific examples. I highly recommend purchasing from here, you won’t regret it. I’m very impressed.

I bought a Seiko metronome from here on preorder. The shipping details were generated immediately and the watch was shipped promptly once available. It arrived in Australia nicely packed in pristine condition.

I had some questions about a Seiko Digital Clock.. Ara returned my emails with the correct information within hours. The item was in stock so I made the purchase and I received it (Singapore to Sydney) within a week. I have no problem in recommending Skywatches.

I have purchased over a dozen Seiko SKX series watches from Sky Watches and have never had any problems, they always ship fast via DHL couriers and keep me informed of tracking etc. I have found their prices were often the best available for my choice of SKX series which are now discontinued. My only wish is I had bought many more of the SKX007J versions as their values have improved greatly since purchase. So if you want genuine products and great service you can't go wrong with Sky Watches Singapore.

I bought the Seiko 5 SNK063J5 and I knew I wanted to get my hands on this particular model. Having never bought a watch online overseas before, I was sceptical and even more so after reading some horrifying news of the customer service, delivery time and even the product in some instances. However, I received a prompt reply to my emails whenever I made an inquiry and the watch arrived to my home in the UK fully in tact in pristine condition within 4 weeks. Although the stated time was 2-3 weeks, I was glad to see it come within a month considering the COVID situation. I definitely had a positive experience and although not everyone has, I can speak positively about my first and hopefully not last purchase with Skywatches.

I find that the pricing of certain watches at SKYWATCHES is quite unreasonable. In this case, I am using the Seiko SNKL23J1 (Made-in-Japan model) as an example. I bought this watch from SKYWATCHES just a few days ago.

At the time of writing this review (04 May 2020), SKYWATCHES is currently selling the Seiko SNKL23J1 at the price of SGD 217.

For comparison, another reputable Singapore-based authorized distributor, namely CreationWatches is selling the exact same model of the watch at the price of SGD 133 (includes International warranty + free shipping Worldwide).

Both SKYWATCHES and CreationWatches are Singapore-based authorized dealers, for the exact same watch, but a huge price difference of SGD 84 (i.e. 63% more expensive at Skywatches.com.sg). I'm afraid this is not fair-pricing at all by SKYWATCHES.

Not trying to discredit SKYWATCHES, but just giving an honest opinion to the price-sensitive watch buyers/collectors out there. For any watches that you are interested in, it would be recommended to check the prices at both SKYWATCHES and CreationWatches first before making a purchase.

I bought a Seiko SKX007J (the japanese made version, harder to find than the SKX007K) and it was great.

Unfortunately, after a few months it started running exceptionally quick so I contacted Sky Watches and they took it back, fixed it and returned it. No further problems and it's been about 3 years.

They usually have a good range and very competitive prices.

I was evaluating a Seiko between Skywatches and Shoppinginjapan websites. Decided to go with Skywatches since they were in Singapore and I expected a quick delivery.
After I got the confirmation email that it was shipped, but not seeing the tracking number with Singpost I reached out to them. Learned that it takes 4 days for the tracking number to be updated in the system after which it will be delivered!!! Seriously!!!
Absolutely ridiculous delivery service. Amazon ships with the same delivery time from US to Singapore.

Stay away unless you have infinite patience for delivery.

I have bought a few watches from this site, mainly SKX007s. Delivery has been swift, price is the best. I thoroughly recommend this site, very well run, negative comments appear dodgy in my mind, like someone has a vendetta!

Beware--this is a scam company! I purchased a watch from their online storefront back in June 2018, and it was never shipped out. No tracking number was provided whatsoever. Repeated emails to them went unanswered. Waited more than a month and still no updates, nor any parcel received in the mail, so I filed a claim to get my money back as I paid with Paypal. Within a day, my Paypal case/dispute was suddenly closed automatically as there was an automated message from Skywatches (aka "All Creative Enterprise Pte Ltd" or "Time Corporation") saying that "they have refunded me". They certainly did NOT refund my money; there were no funds in my account. Skywatches probably found a loophole in the Paypal Buyer Protection system to steal money from customers and prevent them from filing a claim to get their money back, by using this "automated Paypal message" hack to close disputes before they can be escalated to a claim. Unfortunately, at the time I was extremely busy with work, classes, and moving apartments, so I could not find the time to pursue this case with Paypal and Skywatches (it would have required A LOT of back-and-forth). So I am out CAD$207. The criminals behind Skywatches are a bunch of scammers--avoid this site like the plague!

(By the way, some of these "positive reviews" here sound like paid shills or false reviews by Skywatches employees.)

Ordered a watch from Singapore to New Zealand. Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. No complaints from me!

Ordered a seiko 5 sports, Sunday. Email confirmation Monday(check junk mail), watch arrived safely in UK on Saturday, even with the cheapest delivery option.
First class service and product. Genuine seiko with stamped, dated warranty card.

Horrible company, my parcel was damaged and the watch was lost during the shipping process. I opened a case (dispute) with Paypal and they sided with Skywatches. I had all the evidence as my Postal service gave me a document stating that the mail was damaged. I contacted the seller and they requested for the documents, but they never contacted me back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT INSURE THEIR PARCELS AND WILL IGNORE YOUR EMAILS/DISPUTES!

My CC provider refunded me the money via chargeback dispute within 2 weeks (after Paypal screwed me over with their dispute system). They found that the dispute case was in my favour unlike Paypal ridiculous decision to side with the seller even though I had the hard evidence.

I will not be shopping at Skywatches ever again, and I will never recommend them to a friend or family member.
