I was looking for Premium Economy flights from the US to Greece and wanted to get the best price. I did some searching on my own and gained some knowledge about what the low and higher prices were, so I knew what to expect. Then I went online to Skywithclass.com, gave my contact information and within a few minutes Den Morales, an agent with Skywithclass reached out to me. He ask me questions to understand my preferences, like airline, etc. and then within minutes he sent me emails with 5 different options. I checked out the different options and decided to put one on hold for 24 hours to give me some time to think about it. Den was very attentive to my texts and emails with my inquiries. He was able to answer every question and helped guide me to what I felt was the best option. I was able to get flights on the days I wanted and at a very reasonable price. Den recommended the insurance and I looked it over. I was able to get the flights and the insurance for less than the best flights I found on my own. Den is good at guiding and recommending with out being pushy about things. I'll probably be reaching out to him again next time we need premium flights. Thanks Den!

Vince was the Travel Consultant who assisted me. My itinerary was somewhat complicated but he never flinched. Every wish I had seemed to be his command. He offered at least four different options for the itinerary I had in mind. He was patient in awaiting my replies as I tried to "herd the cats" that I was going to travel with and he never faltered in following up when I needed him. In the end our plans fell through unexpectedly. When I notified Vince that after all his help and patience I with my cohorts and me, we were not going to travel afterall, Vince was gracious and kind and encouraging. He is the epitome of customer service.
