Updated review- this was my original. I was very very nervous about booking with a non airline site. Especially because I needed 3 tickets for a girls trip to Italy. Den has gone out of his way to come up with a workable itinerary within our budget. I will definitely use them again. (note I was "encouraged" to write a review before the entire process was completed)
Update- it took much longer than anticipated to get the tickets-I got a couple of convoluted excuses on why a 4 hour process turned into two days. Also, they made an error and had to reissue- causing us to have 2 confirmation numbers for our party of 3, instead of one. To top it off, after I agreed to the ticket price, I found out that it would cost an additional $1,000 to get a seat selection. When you book directly with the airline in the US you get a seat selection in first/business class. I asked repeatedly about the seats and was assured that since I have mobility issues the airline would assign us seats together after booking. Now we have to wait until check in and just hope we can sit together. Not happy at all with the final product. I am changing my star rating and will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

The suggested travel options were done according to my requasts and the speed of answer was excellet. what I mostly appreciated is the assistance I had when i called and was helped during the night, with no complains about time, but with patience and immediate help. Will never leave him!

Clarance our representative was fantastic, this is our first time traveling internationally together and given our destinations and itinerary we (I) ended up confused on several occasions between the tour company and SkyWithClass.

Basil was very helpful in identifying the best flights options from Denver to Beijing and back through Shanghai and Nice, France. Best here is defined not only in terms of the overall price but also in terms of airlines’ comfort, flights duration and time of layovers. He also guided me, with a lot of patience, in booking the tickets with the various airlines. All in all, this was a great experience.
