First time using skywizard, we were very happy with the service. Received invoices for payment promptly, e-tickets came within minutes of payment. Saved money on cathay pacific flights advertised. Will definitely use again.

I would not recommend booking with this company. We booked flights to Australia, only to get a phone call 2 days later saying one of the flights hadn't been confirmed yet and could we change our dates. We couldn't be flexible. However the money had come out of my account and we had had an email confirming bookings. He then said we would know within the week if the flight gets confirmed, but we are on a waiting list!! I accepted that, although i wasn't happy with it.
The next day I got an email saying our booking had been cancelled and refund given!!!
Disgusting service.

I believe this is a scam. DO NOT book with this company. I paid for my flights after which they told me that they had to cancel it. The next day I tried to book another flight and they told me that I had to wait A MONTH in order to book again because of security issues. This is unbelievable especially since costs will rise immensly.

I believe Team Skywizard owe me an apology ? In your response to my complaint you stated " you arrived at the airport one day after the scheduled departure " Also you stared " the airlines said I was a No Show " ! How could I have arrived a day after when I got the Royal Jordanian Airways check in attendant to phone your colleague Raymond , who to be fare tried to get me on the flight. The Attendant got her supervisor to speak to Raymond & myself - she showed me on their system that the refund for my ticket had been processed - I am giving you the opportunity to apologise for you incorrect statement & do the correct thing refund me the return flight cost

I would not recommend using this company. To avoid potential scams, I strongly suggest choosing a more reputable and trustworthy provider. They are not affiliated with ABTA, TTA, or The Global Travel Group, which raises concerns about accountability.

When I attempted to purchase tickets for a long-haul international flight, the baggage policy was not clearly communicated. They indicated that one piece of baggage was included, but there was no mention of weight restrictions until after the ticket was purchased—only to find out it was cabin baggage only. I contacted them immediately, before the booking was finalised on their end, yet they still imposed a £100 admin charge for 4 ticket.

To avoid unnecessary stress, I recommend steering clear of this company. I am currently seeking advice from Consumer Direct and Citizens Advice, as I believe this lack of transparency is unacceptable and misleading.

I had booked my flight for a reasonable price and after an issue with the name I provided on the passport, I spoke with Raymond who managed to get a better option which now includes direct flights. Brilliant! Will definitely use again. Thank you

Bought the ticket to Delhi for my sister, spoke to Raymond, he gave me a the desired flight that my sister wants. Everything was so smooth, got the tickets also on the same day.

Bought ticket for Delhi flight on 20.12.25 and paid £975 for Virgin Atlantic which I paid on 22.04.25. This chap Raymond told me that the e-ticket will be issued today but he called me later and says the price has gone up and they will refund my money. Is this a joke or is the company trying to make money or maybe the company profits need boosting. This is disgraceful. I have asked Raymond to confirm this in writing but nothing received. Please be careful and I suggest book with another travel agent you can trust. As I have paid with credit card it should not be an issue but this company and Raymond who calls himself a Senior travel agent. Raymond your seniority is in trying to be clever but have you succeeded. Sorry about this do you really think I am desperate to pay you £100 when I can go with another travel agent I can trust. I expect you have heard of the word trust but have problem trying to understand what it means. So do me a favour and refund my card before I approach the credit card company. You are a silly man who thinks I am clever. Kind Regards

Booked flights for my parents on air India with one checked in adult luggage each. Told to send passport pictures which I did then when the tickets should have been issued, I get told the check in luggage is 7kg only and do I want to pay an extra £370 for a suitcase. Since when do air india have check in luggage for 7kg. Told Raymond this is ridiculous, this was not listed on the booking form, he says it’s on the email received after booking which is not true and when I asked him why would you tell me after I paid he back tracked. I asked for a manager to call me, he calls me back saying no manager and the tickets need to be released now. Parents meant to be travelling in 5 days. Told him to hold off till I speak to them he then says not possible and I advised it’s already been over 48 hours so it clearly is possible. Told him my parents are out I need to talk to them in the morning but of course he is coming out with all sorts of reasons we need to make a decision now. Told him it’s Vaisakhi which he would know about being based in India but apparently he is in Brieley Hill. When I said I’ll come down and see him he hung up. This is a scam do not book.

Told him I was looking for a flight from London to Melbourne. He very patiently discussed all the airlines that offered flights for my dates, and made some very valid recommendations. We finally settled for a Cathay Pacific airlines at a great price. Ricky was very professional and helpful. Thank you, Ricky.
