We did not receive a call of confirmation before the scheduled day to mount the bed (as they told they would do). We tried to call several times and it was impossible to reach them. Finally we received an email saying that the team would arrive after 14h. They only arrived arround 15h.
A transfer had been done (as suggested) and the name of the client was in the description. I still had to show the details of the transfer and it took several minutes to confirm that the transfer had been made.
When we opened the bed (storage below mattress) it did not close. Only after several attempts we were able to close it. So a new visit has to be arranged because the bed was not properly mounted.
