I recently used Sladden and Barton Residential Surveyors for a Help to Buy equity loan redemption valuation on my property in Brackley.
From start to finish the service was excellent. Ian provided a very thorough inspection and delivered the full RICS valuation report on the same day as the visit. The report was detailed, well-reasoned and exactly what I needed for Homes England.

Ian was excellent. Arrived on time, did a thorough survey, explained everything and answered all my questions. The EPC report itself was very useful. As well as qualifying me for heat pump grant it explained clearly what other steps I could take to improve energy efficiency. Very happy to recommend.
