We were shopping for my partners wedding suit in the Newcastle branch, a you woman called Holly approached us straight away and we decided on the first suit recommended, she was friendly, professional and honest, the usual professional reflection we have always had from Slaters. We collected the altered suit today, approached a young man on the floor to help as we believed the waist coat was a little tight, he was busy with another customer and told us he would be 5 mins, after 15 minutes we saw Holly and were really pleased, her advise on the fit was perfect, thank goodness, this may have not been a glorious review if Holly had been there, so good on you, you made our experience very special, give that girl a raise! Excellent!
Slaters is now one of the few shops on the high street that’s stocks a wide range of decent quality suits, and where you get proper advice and help when buying, from experienced staff, who really know what they are talking about. I am a long-time customer at the Leeds branch. My experience of buying things from them has always been very positive. Del, in particular, in the Leeds branch, is first-class - always excellent.

Got to be 5 star the staff are great friendly I paid for my suit months befor when I got my alteration measured I said I'm trying to lose some weight. Jack the staff of slaters said no problem I ll order 2 different sizes. 2 months later. I had lost weight and he said I owe you some money as your size is smaller. And he gave me. The. Saving in cash. Which I was not expecting it was around £20 or so. My point is. I didn't expect it he was honest and paid it in cash to me it helped towards a shirt I'll need for my daughters wedding thanks jack for your service slaters deserve every star thanks again

We visited the Slater’s shop in Leeds on the 4th July. We were looked after by a young man named Alfie, he was fantastic really engaging and worked really hard to help our group find 4 suits for the wedding party.
