hi! you need to work on your customer focus and interest in your customers, not just sales. I spent a long time asking for answers in all messengers, reminding them of myself several times to get an answer to my problem.
the size chart is also very inconvenient: you have sizes 16.6 and 17.2, for example, my finger is 17.
I wanted to give myself a birthday present, but ended up with a ring that is not my size and unpleasant aftertaste inside. I did not want to deal with sending the purchase back and waiting another week for an answer from the manager, so I kept the ring for myself, but I have no desire to cooperate with your brand

That said, we’re a bit surprised that you picking the wrong size resulted in a one-star review for us.
Our size chart is designed to be straightforward and provides specific ring dimensions for diameter and circumference, along with size conversions for US, PL, FR, and DE metrics.
Additionally, we include a complimentary ring sizer with every order, so even if a customer chooses the wrong size (which is completely normal), they can easily exchange it for the correct one.
You received the ring sizer as well, so if you’re not satisfied with the size, just let us know and we’ll be happy to replace your ring.

‘Unisize’ is very very small
‘Unisize’ is very very small. You can open it, but it ruins the aesthetic of the ring if you open it too much. Quality could also be better since its open on the bottom and not filled out.

Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify the situation regarding your order and the packages we sent.
We dispatched two packages to you. The first package, which you reported as empty, was examined by DHL, who confirmed that it appeared intact upon delivery, with no objections noted at that time. While it is extremely unlikely that an empty box was sent by mistake, we took your concern seriously and sent a replacement package at no additional cost.
DHL has informed us that the second package was not collected because no one was home at the time of delivery. Following this, it appears that no one went to the DHL pickup point to retrieve the package. We have made every effort to resolve this issue on our end, including sending a replacement package.
We understand your request for a refund; however, we must receive the returned package before we can process any refund. Once it arrives back at our facility, we will promptly issue your refund.
