We were made very welcome at the sleep 8 bluewater store by Emilija at the shop and she was very helpful .after a lot of discussion we chose the Grether & wells magnificent mattress, can’t wait for it to be delivered, she also managed to get us a good price on it

This is why we say to try the mattress for a 30-day trial before facilitating any exchanges to ensure you've had enough time to adjust, and break in the brand-new made from factory mattress.

That being said, you've passed your 30-night trial and were still not happy with your mattress, so we have already started the process of facilitating you an exchange as per our Comfort Guarantee policy.
