Started using the deep sleep and magnesium products together after buying countless other products over the years, some good most bad and I have to say, I have been sleeping so much better using these.

Brilliant sleep aid. Full nights sleep after months of broken sleep. Will be recommending.

I find this product useful, I only take 1 tablet per night and should I have had a particularly stressful day I find myself taking two just to make sure I sleep fine.

I take 2 tablets every night and sleep like a baby. Took about 1 week to work though.

Great company and even better product. I used to take the deep sleep on its own, I’ve since added the magnesium product to my orders and my sleep has further improved. Customer service is very good and the information is greatly appreciated.

And not working for me .

Ordered a trail pack a week ago went Into email yesterday to find out when they are arriving and it says delivered. Well not to me they weren't.
Thank god it was a trail pack but I'd still like a refund and no I won't be future purchasing if you can't get it right.

For me this didn't work, but I've had sleep issues for so many years now and I'm pretty sure it's a menopausal no sleep issue! However, I can highly recommend them for their customer service, seriously the best I've received in a VERY long time. Quickly answered my questions and refunded for me, suggested their sister company menopausal tablets (which also have optional try out with refund) so I'm going to give them a go too. For many this works, there's just a few of us that don't have the required results it seems.

My sleep has improved up to now but still not perfect.

I noticed a shorter fall asleep time and a longer overall asleep time and less wake ups during the night. But, the recommended 2 capsules did not work as effectively as 3 which I now take.

Didn’t see the relief I hoped for to be honest.

Took about 3 days to start working then completely working after maybe a week. Not really as instant as they make out.

Sleeping a lot better than when I was using melatonin. Solid sleep and manage to get back to sleep after being woken up, not always but most of the time.

Very good, 5 stars, customer service is also very good.

These sleeping tablets didn’t work for me.

Really expected these to work from the first night but they didn’t and haven’t worked for the past few nights either.

Deep sleep seems to work for the most part but there are occasional nights where they don't seem to help me.

I was unable to start taking the capsules when I received them in December, 2004 but have just completed 10 consecutive nights uising them - 20 capsules. There has been no improvement in my sleep at all. I am now outside the 30 day refund date and have paid for something that has been useless.

This is not about product the product itself. It is about basic info and comms. I reached out to them via contact email asking for info about manufacturing to food or pharmaceutical standards. Neither is bad, pharmaceutical standard would normally mean more potent supplements.I wrote to them in October, and still waiting for response. But I was randomly added to an email where top 5 questions being answered.
