Ask about return policy...before any cash leaves your hand,,,and don't assume Salesperson knows anything about what he says…
Just ask them their return policy before you buy even if it says guaranteed for 1 year.
I believe if someone works there you should be able to believe what they say.
If you go to Sleep City in Arlington, watch for a salesman named Daniel Schumell, he will tell you whatever he needs to to make a sale.
After the sale things don't go quite the way he said they would.
He is oh so happy to tell you about that guarantee I told you to ask about before you buy, because now under no circumstances will he return your money. Does not matter why no return of money.
He made several guarantees to me and now his mattress lays on my living room floor and my $2200.00 (estimated) sits in his pocket.t
