The Sleep Doctor sight automatically turns a request for a single purchase into a subscription to have the item delivered every 3 months. This was not apparent in the order, and the only way to cancel the "subscription" is to go to their website, wade through explanations, contact them twice, and finally get relief. They did reverse the sneaky "subscription," but this is clearly a racket. There should be a simple way to order a single time without invoking a subscription. If the company wants to put an additional question on the website about extending the order into a "subscription" it should be clearly marked, and not an automatic check or an opt out. Finally, the method for canceling a "subscription" should be simple and not hidden behind mounds of verbiage and multiple emails.

Flat out, just don't use this company. It's all for profit system with no real customer support. There's cheaper and better places to get sleep testing and cpap equipment. Everything they do is restrictive such as not giving scripts out.

I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT THAT I CANNOT USE WORK WITH SOMEONE LOCALLY . They already admitted in an email that I haven’t turned my machine on because I can’t use. !!
THEY SAID THEY’VE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WELL YOU SHOULD WHEN SOMEONE IS SPENDING THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY ! They are ignoring my request for return of the UNUSED machine.. I’ve already paid out $300 for various masks and tubes that do not work and are flimsy..THE MASKS COLLAPSE ALLOWING AIR TO ESCAPE SO YOU CANNOT USE THE EQUIPMENT. FIND SOMEONE LOCAL.!
They are also really hard to work with when you have a problem with your machine they control the adjustments.
I would not work with an online sleep specialist ever again.
THE FACT THAT THIS ORGANIZATION ADMITTED IN AN EMAIL THAT I HAVE NOT USED THE EQUIPMENT AND THEN THEY PUT A REVIEW BELOW, SAYING THAT THEY DON’T RETURN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS BALONEY. I’ll say it again.
WORK WITH SOMEONE LOCAL BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO THIS TO YOU AFTER YOU’VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
I have spent thousands of dollars and I can’t use THEIR machine because I can’t find a mask that works for a side sleeper!!

I ordered a CPAP machine and chose a nasal pillow based on several recommendations based on the results of my sleep study. Unfortunately the nasal pillow didn't work due to unpredictable congestion issues. I was offered a credit for the full price of the nasal pillow and applied it towards the cost of a compact face mask.

It covers many issues regards to sleeping. I had much interest in insomnia which is a major problem I have had for a while at 70 years old. It has helped at so level but I feel medication is the main cause.

The young lady, Valerie responded to ALL my emails quickly and had the answer. When I did have to call she was pleasant and willing to help. In a world that is a lot of times lacking in customer service, she displayed it wonderfully!!!

My machine which I payed $1,200 for has stopped working at around 6 months of use. They are saying the warranty replacement period can take 4 weeks with no loaner in the meantime. Mind you this is an important medical device. Also to send the machine in for inspection requires a return label which I haven’t recieved for over two weeks. I’ve reached out to check up on this to no response. Very poor customer service and communication and poor sense of urgency taking care of a warranty claim for customers.

When it came time to buy supplies, Sleep Doctor was very quick in giving me a quote for what I needed as well as knowing what equipment I needed. However, their pricing was 3x the cost of the same appliance from Amazon.
Sweet Jesus the AI bot will not leave me alone. It calls me 5 times a day ; I had to block the number. Corporate if you are listening please fix your harassing ai bot

I've spoken with 2 customer service associates, and they were BOTH extremely great!! They answered all my questions and were both very friendly and knowledgeable.
The only feedback I have is about the multiple calls I rec'd on 1/16 from the AI assistant Ashley. I didn't answer the 1st call, but did answer the 2nd one, and answered the questions. However, I rec'd 2 more calls later, and it was the same message on all 4 calls
