Returns are difficult
I wanted to return two pair of flipflops, paid for the return label and the package came back saying that the adress was not valid - altough it was the exact same adress I received from the customer support.
I got in contact with the support again, even attached the DHL label, and now it's been 8 days... They said they would take care... Of course I was not reimbursed yet. Not a good experience at all. Not sure if I will get my money back.

The QR code profile is genius
The QR code profile is genius – it saved my dog when he wandered off. Battery life is excellent, and the design is sleek. No subscription fees are a huge plus.

Men's Sleepers leather slippers.
Bought men's Sleepers leather slippers in Nov22 through Amazon from ShoesUK. Slippers showed signs of excessive crumbling and splitting in soles by March23. Contacted supplier through Amazon to request response to problem, reply was that cannot accept returns after 5 months, no other comment. Sent another complaint with photos of problem, got same response. Amazon not really helping either. Seen other reviews with similar comments about short life quality of these slippers. Suggest avoiding Sleepers leather slippers and ShoesUK supplier.
